Faultless service. I have been using them since 1996 and never once had a problem. It amuses me why people write about an experience they didn't like as there wouldn't be one business on the planet that is perfect in every way. I've found it better to talk to a manager and share any poor service or product with them, they will appreciate it and rectify any issues.

very nice car i save up ten year and 5 more to buy and it drive good so verygood there good food too i buy the pen from the warehouse and write this so i thank god for give me please i want new pants

Excellent Service here in Lower Hutt from Chris and colleague. Went first to the closer Wellington Toyota but they ignored us for 8 to 10 minutes so we gave up and went to Honda and then out to Lower Hutt. Will buy a new hybrid Yaris from King Toyota.

Great service from King Toyota! I spoke to the service department to book my vehicle in for a service. They were able to quote me prices and make a confirmed booking for the next day. The process was really easy. On the day I met with Jess and again the level of service was excellent! As a service provider myself i would definitely recommend using their service again!

Purchased an old car from a wholesaler when I was new to Wellington. Took me on board regardless and always been looked after quite well. Service is fairly priced and fast, especially when comparing to European makes. That department seems efficient; cannot comment on sales though.

The workers from king Toyota are top knotch. They don't try and scam you into anything but are very helpful in finding what's good for you and in your budget. Awesome service and are very helpful. Nemo gets a 10/10 for me he is very professional.

My service was done on time and I like the fixed price, no surprises. It is things like this tat make Toyota ownership so easy. They fitted new mat hooks for free and washed the car as well. Very happy.

Exceptionally helpful service team. Dropped in with my car that was making a horrible noise, car was hoisted and it was a rock lodged between the body and the engine. Prior to this they emailed the service history of another car. Also unlocked a radio on the spot for me. Best service I've ever had from a car dealership

I bought my car from Craig in Upper Hutt, he is a superstar. I visited various dealerships but he was able to sell himself to me by the way he described the car, as there was no car available to look at cos it was recently launched. I believed every single word he said and guess what I loved my car when it arrived and its still amazing after an year. Now there's another guy you make sure to meet after you bought a car, Marty is the guy in the service department. He makes sure that you and your car are both well looked after. A genuine bloke. Largest Toyota dealer of new and used cars in the Hutt Valley and owned together with Rutherford and Bond in Wellington city and Porirua. As you would expect clean and very tidy reasonably priced cars. Dealers are very friendly and helpful. One stop shop providing finance and insurance with leasing on new cars available

I had an issue with a miscommunication amongst them. They acted on my feedback and helped me with what they promised me. I would recommend this place now to others as they are willing to help you.

It is always wonderful to get quick, honest and helpful advice. They fixed my car and had it ready to collect in a day and there was no surprises, except for me being pleasantly surprised that everything was actually fixed and I no longer heard strange noises coming from my car.

Great place for used Toyota. Bought one there last year, hassle free. The staff are helpful. Very friendly and accomodating. Car has been a dream, am now hoping to buy another one there for my dad.

Okay place. Can get some good deals on cars depending on how stocked the dealer is, I did find that some other car dealers had similar cars for a cheaper price. Worth to shop around as not everyone's taste is the same.
