I didn't want to wait until the next weekend to view cars, so he made a special effort giving up his Sunday afternoon to show us a 2012 Nissan Lafesta he had for sale. Chris was friendly, straight talking and incredibly helpful. He let me know about damage that had been repaired before import to NZ and then passed inspection at the border, even though he didn't need to. I feel confident that the car I bought will be reliable and even if any unexpected issues do come up he will be happy to help me out.
