I purchased a set of saddle bags for my Spyder, on arrival, the hardware bag in the mounting kit box had split open spreading the "nuts and bolts" through the box, and inevitably 2 lost washers. I called the store and spoke with Jade from their parts department, without hesitation he asked for the details of the missing parts, went out to a hardware store, and purchased replacements to send. With a background in retail, i value service highly and Jade provided nothing but the best i could ever ask for in a frustrating situation.

Just got a service done for my Sea-Doo , easy to talk to over the phone, they have me a heads up for any extras they could pop up but none were needed. Easy drop off and pick up. No hassle at all. Good guys to deal with

Had a mishap with cover, wanted one pretty sharpish !!! When I emailed to say, could you get it away ASAP, which was within 5-10 mins, u got a response “it’s at the door waiting for courier” now that’s what I call service, this was a Trademe purchase out of interest. Thanks guys I’ll be back....highly recommend this outfit 👍

I've delt with Jade and Cameron in the parts dept there and they were both awesome in there response and deliverys .and were knowledgeable about there product.wouldnt hesitate to deal with again

I brought a used jetski from asd several years ago, took it in for a service and it had bit of a problem with motor, they ended up doing a full rebuild at no cost to myself. Cant fault them and very pleasant to deal with. I have bought a dirt bike off them with no problems and most likely will be getting something else off them in near future

Thanks ASD for providing fantastic service. I took my ski here because Sea Doo has awarded them with Platinum status (the best of the best). Because of this, they run a busy shop so I was prepared to wait, yet I still got my ski back within the week, in time for some weekend fun.

Just popped over for a service from Hamilton... always a good experience dealing with the team... decided to treat the family to a new 2018 wake pro ski my 3rd ski from ASD. Great team very professional as always. Would reccomend Grant and the team and have done so.

Gud shop for bikes and jet skis not much thr im after a part from a V Rod which thy had lots to choose from.

We brought our Harley from here...staffs are friendly and helpful...would recommends Action Sports Direct to any Harley lovers out there.

My sisters can am syder had problems,all the guys there were very helpful,friendly,and kept us up to date with what was happening,there was never an issue. Great bunch of people.
