We are living in France and we wanted to buy a car for our return to New Zealand. We spotted the car on-line and contacted James who was so professional and reassuring and we had no doubts at all about buying the car without seeing or test-driving it. James’ knowledge about Volvo cars in general as well as this particular car was spot on and any questions we had was answered with 100% professionalism and precision. James was great to deal with, friendly and very helpful. He even offered to meet us at completion of MIQ in Auckland with the car. We truly had an excellent and easy experience when buying the car and we would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a great car to contact James.

I felt very comfortable with his salesmanship and did not feel in anyway that this was an average car sales man wanting a quick sale.

Communication has been excellent all the way. James even set my car up for me and was great at teaching me how to use the computer.

A.Dealing with James Moore for the purchase of my Volvo has been A1 right from the beginning. From the time it was ordered in April to the special handover at the beginning of December, James has kept in touch all the way. He has accommodated my requests and always (even when he takes leave) replies almost immediately to my messages. Living four hours from the dealership hasn't proven to be any barrier. Nothing was any trouble to him and he spent plenty of time showing me the various things on the car. He phoned after pick up to check everything was AOK.
