N.Well ,i must say what a great company to deal with and this is my first time dealing with Farmer Autovillage. I have a 2009 Dodge Avenger and it had a fault that my normal garage could not fix due to being an American car and he did not have the right dinostic gear and Farmer found out the problem and booked the car to be fixed.They loaned me a car t get around which is great and whilst yu are waiting ,they also put on coffee .What i must say is the service manager Laurie Long was very good and kept me in the loop all of the way and he has a wonderful team with him.The General Manager Mr Mike Farmer is hands on and he also speaks to his customers and this is very important and makes the customer feel great and their is not many do that these days so top marks . Thank You for the great service
M.I had the disappointing need to use Farmer Auto Village two days before Christmas as I was travelling to family in the BOP.
I say disappointing because my car came up with an urgent warning light and it needed urgent attention. What an absolute delight and amazing service from company that never sold me the car, did the work and check immediately and were incredibly helpful.
This is NOT what one expects from the “service department” of a car dealership. Management should be proud of the team they have there. Bella (service reception) was genuinely warm, interested in the issue and made me feel totally confident the moment I walked in.
A smile and a complimentary coffee from the in-house cafe and 20 mins later I was told the issue was resolved. They said it took them five mins and it was fixed, it was a simple issue and Merry Christmas. Congratulations on outstanding service and exemplary staff, customer service.

Well worth paying slightly more for servicing to get such a wonderful response when things go wrong (it's the second time I've had this level of service). Great job. Thank for responding to my review. I was meaning to change it. I came back to look at bike racks and roof racks a couple of weeks later and had great service. I ended up getting everything I needed. I realized that I hadn't noticed that your roof rack center closed at 12 and I was there just after that. :)

E.Really impressed with the service here. I usually take my Jeep SRT to Auckland and Hamilton for a service but to be honest, I haven't felt that the service that I have been receiving was adequate. When I was in Tauranga recently, I had to get a service to avoid voiding my warrantee and these guys looked after me really well. It's a bit more of a drive now, but WELL worth the extra miles for this good service. Thanks Farmer Auto for exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend these guys!

A.We just had THE best ever experience purchasing a car from Farmer Autovillage! Everything about this business screamed total professionalism, care and service. From the moment we walked onto their Jeep forecourt we were treated so incredibly well we were blown away! We had travelled up from Pahiatua to visit family and decided to take a Renegade for a test drive - we are avid Jeep fans and wanted a new car to replace our 11 year old Compass. Adam Shelley, the Sales Specialist, was thoroughly professional, warm, friendly and helpful - the entire experience was faultless. We decided on that trip (back in November) to wait a while, but fate stepped in when I crashed my Compass just before Christmas. So.... we made the decision to contact Adam to see if the deal he had offered was still available....not only was it available, he sweetened the deal even further. So long story short, we drove up on Monday from Pahiatua and took delivery of our gorgeous new Renegade Limited - complete with all the bells and whistles. We had the pleasure of meeting, Finance Business Manager Ashley Turner, and she too was incredibly professional and helpful. A.Went to get a firmware update on my Nissan leaf. It didn't need the update so they shouted me a coffee, washed my car and sent me on my way. Good service you certainly don't find everywhere

R.Kind of an odd review to give, but my wife and I were on vacation in NZ. We are big VW fans and wanted to check out some new VWs that we don't get here in the US. Sales team were very friendly and took some time to chat with us about VWs. Talked to the service manager as well, nice guy.

The salesperson was there to collect me from the bus station in Tauranga. There in the showroom was my new purchase - immaculately presented. A new WOF, 3 extra months of registration and a full tank of fuel. Never in my life have a bought a used car and received a full tank of fuel. My last near new, used car purchase (from Turners) had the low fuel warning on when I collected it. I was taken through the hand over and offered a coffee to take on the road for my return trip to Auckland. Great service FMG. Well done!
