Wanted to buy a car for 18yo. daughter. Told salesman that she had already been declined finance by Company , Finance Now. Salesman applied to Finance Now and was of course declined. Applied in joint parents name and after printing & scanning 200 pages of bank statements finally approved. Phoned by salesman to come in to sign paperwork as car had arrived in from Auckland. At this stage we had not seen or even driven car. Asked if we were happy with car: Scratches on both sides of car , Headlight lenses foggy, Motor not serviced, Petrol tank nearly empty. No spare wheel . Went home as dealership needed to be paid by finance company before releasing car. Returned as requested 4.30 pm Friday to collect car; Not fueled up, Headlight lenses not fixed. Dealer put some fuel in car. Took car over weekend and dealer undertook to book headlight buffing. Called in to dealer Wednesday as they had forgotten to book headlight fix. Took car to dealer Thursday and headlight lenses buffed. Asked by salesman to give a review.

Brought a second hand Nissan Leaf and I couldn't be happier. Gunjan is going to be your go to guy for the best deals and Mike is going to be your fixerup main dude. The main reason to get an Ev, In one sentence is 3 cents per kilometer Boom drops microphone 🎤.

Very helpful Gunjan and excellent service most appreciated my wife and daughter love the new car thankyou so much.

Great experience buying my first Hybrid! There was no pressure to buy, I chose a beautiful Lexus that was at the GVI Auckland branch. They delivered it to Mt Maunganui immediately for a test drive with no pressure to buy. Special thanks to Gunjan for the great no pressure buying experience and to Mike for his great servive. Both Genuine guys selling quality hybrids and EV's. I highly recommend to others!

I was helped at GVI Tauraunga by Gunjan Bakshi during the purchasing process for a car. Both Gunjan and his colleagues were very helpful, they delivered on everything thing they promised, were amenable to negotiation on the price, answered every one of my questions up front and accurately, installed the Apple Car Play in English for me and Gunjan also tutored me on how to use it. The car was delivered in beautiful condition complete with my personalised plates fitted after I had removed them from the old car at home and couriered them to him in Mt Maunganui (I live an hour away). I have no hesitation in recommending GVI Tauranga to anyone considering buying a car who likes to deal with people who are up front and personable to do business with. My whole experience of buying a car from GVI was a pleasure. I managed to get the perfect car at a good price and the service was excellent. The car was well presented and very well explained to about all it's functions . Quick and simple way to buy a car. Dropped by GVI Tauranga last weekend and was greeted by one of your staff and was really impressed. Gunjan Bakshi was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but most importantly was never pushy. We've had our share of aggressive car salesmen so that really stood out to us. Provided us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions, but otherwise gave us some room to look around and we had a pleasant experience. We ended up getting a different car (from family), but will surely check with GVI first next time, and will recommend your business to our friends. I have been looking for a hybrid electric for a while so when the right car turned up at Hewletts Road I was a keen buyer. Kelvin & Mike were very easy to work with at question time. The car is running so well I keep forgetting it is electric !

Wow, what an experience. Dean, Mike and the team did such a wonderful job and really went out of their way to give such a wonderful customer experience. The response time was great and really ensured that everybody was satisfied. Very happy and certainly consider them for future purchases.

So pleased with the car and all the options available. Kelvin really made us feel comfortable and free to take any car for a drive and let us know all the key points needed going forwards. I even managed to pair my phone to the car using the touch screen lol.
