Matt and the team are great and very professional. Booked my bike in for two new tyres. Done in 1 hour, had a coffee enjoyed the Bayview sunshine. And back on the bike. Outstanding service.

Stunning service! Warm, friendly and go out of there way to help. I went in on closing today, they stopped what they were doing and they helped me find what I wanted. On top of that gave me a mint discount. I left there a very happy man ;-)

I sent my girlfriend here when I was out of town and she was having some trouble with her Honda Today 50 scooter. They picked the scooter up, performed a full service and fixed the issues, and then dropped it back off at her workplace so that it was ready to go when she got off work. They did great work with a smile and charged a reasonable price. I was worried that she might get taken advantage of, given her lack of mechanical knowledge, but they treated her like any other valued customer and were open and honest. It's great to know that the local Honda dealer is so good! Thanks so much, we'll be coming to Ericksen Honda for everything we can now.

This is a motorcycle dealer as I remember them, great staff and service, happy to have a chat. Helped out with a replacement rear for the MV Turismo (after 3 punctures on a Pirelli Angel with 5K on it) during the middle of our 3700km road trip round the Nth island.
