Recently bought a ND MX5 from them, very easy and polite to deal with, will always reply to my questions and they helped me out with all the paperwork. I am in Auckland, and was able to pick the car up a few days later without any problems. Driven back to Auckland, and had no problems whatsoever.

5+ stars for Ryan and his team. I needed a car for a 6 month period & Ryan made the experience enjoyable and straightforward. He offered the guaranteed buy-back option, which was ideal for my limited time frame. Ryan answered all my questions and facilitated me finding an ideal car for my needs...AA approved, road ready and I drove it off the lot without any problems. 6 months later, I brought it back and after an appraisal the funds were back in my account without a hitch! High quality customer service, great car selection, and an honest team that really listens to your needs. If you're looking for a used car, you won't get better service than Quay.

I bought a Honda CRV from Quay Cars purely from the photos of it online and the questions I asked Ryan over the phone. Arrived on the truck yesterday and am absolutely wrapped with it, actually exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Ryan and Quay Cars as a reputable dealer especially if you are in a situation of wanting to buy a vehicle but distance makes viewing impracticable.

Best experience buying a used car from a dealer ever! Ryan's communications, professionalism and all round friendly manner was only exceeded by the quality, presentation and value of the Honda Fit we purchased. The pricing is competitive with CH CH and in addition we got AA Appraisal, 12 month warranty and a service! What more could you ask for? I'll be a returning customer for sure. Others have mentioned the "Non pushy approach" and I can validate that as well. The team are genuinely interested in providing quality cars with quality service, and they excel at both. Bought an older Pajero 4WD at a very reasonable cost. The staff, especially Ryan, were very helpful when I was seeking finance and did everything possible to aid me in getting a good run out of the vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and service they supplied.

I urge you to question the authenticity of these comments. As a local I have been aware of Quay Cars excellent reputation for some 8 years. Unfortunately forums such as these allow people to be dishonest and one sided. I highly recommend Quay Cars. ALL their vehicles are AA inspected and have a 12 month warranty. Ryan and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am a repeat customer who has recommended many friends and family to this business and will continue to do so.

I have just purchased my 4th vehicle from quay cars and cant speak highly enough of the service and effort from the staff . They all went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after and received the vehicle I was after . If you are in the market for a new car I would totally recommend seeing these guys. Hi There It has been a long time since I have bought a car thru dealer but I recently purchased a cheap car from your yard for my daughter.Your sales person Bronwyn made the whole experience super easy with her approachable friendly manner.The car needed a bit of work to pass it's cof and being as we needed the car ASAP Bronwyn kept in regular contact and organised the whole thing.When it wasn't ready in time we were able to get a loan car for a week.
