K.I purchased 2011 Holden Captiva from Ian Humphrey Motors. The process of tradein and purchasing was very easy and professional. Kerry was excellent to deal with but when car was delivered to me in Auckland it had some faults. I contacted Kerry and Kerry straight way said take the car to local mechanic and get them to contact him. Parts were delivered by Kerry and faults were fixed. Everything was excellent from Customer service to purchase process but would have been much better if car was properly checked before delivering. The plus point was after sale service from Kerry.
