P.Ordered new sq7 in March 21. Car arrived in October as expected. Extremely pleased with car and service. Sales executive Craig Purves is a great chap- he made the process really smooth. Very highly recommended as THE top car consultant and also Robertson prestige as the best prestige car company. This is my third new q7. This new sq7 is a privilege to own. It’s a great vehicle.
S.If i could give them more than 5 Stars I would! I had a previous experience with them that I wasn't happy about, they reached out to me and wanted to rectify the issue. Honestly the level they went to exceeded all my expectations!, I was litterally blown away, I think they went above and beyond what was expected, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting exceptional customer service! T.Pricey but great service. Removed one star as during aranging check and fixing, I had to to confirm twice I want repair and will pay which I did. Don't know why fear about payment!? Keep good work and better communication please!
