A.I was in the market for a Lithium battery tender. I searched through Trade me for a dutiable unit and found one being marketed by Motozone out of Kihikihi.
Their service and response + communication has been second to none. I received updates at each step of the way. Long story short it tick about 14 hours from ordering to recursing my purchase.
Thanks to all the crew at Motozone, absolutely magic.

O.I've made two purchases and and find the whole process really simple. After Pay makes it easy to replace old or damaged gear without making a hole in the budget, and there are other layby style payment systems available as well as Google Wallet for those of you with actual spare cash. The comms, even though it is automated, make you feel like Motozone appreciate your business, unlike a lot of motorcycle shops who can be a bit unfriendly.

A.👍BIG up's from me, always had good service but yesterday they out shone the NZ motorcycle industry!! Long story short close to two years ago I got a set of front rotors from them they arrived at my door the following day along with a free set of pads BONUS, I didn't need to fit the new pads till the next year, when I did fit them there was a tiny fault with them that caused them to bind I contacted them they said no probs send them some details and they'll send a better product 👍. I then had a work accident a couple of days later with complications and didn't make contact for a further 6 months, now 2yrs on I walked in there yesterday reminded them of the situation, they double checked everything without hesitation and went to see if they had anything in stock which they didn't, so preceeded to order the best pads available and have them delivered to my door and they did that with a smile and with a standard of SERVICE which many of us could learn from. S.I contacted Troy about a particular chain I was after, I couldn't find a way of purchasing this particular chain and although Troy didn't stock the chain he used his contacts to find a way of sourcing it. The service and turn around time to arrange something he was no going to be paid for was amazing. Excellent service and above and beyond care and attention. Highly recommend.
