Simon was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Bought a car October 2015 and had an issue when going for a warrant in October 2016. Rang Simon, we talked and he agreed to get the whole issue sorted at his cost, was not a problem at all. Very good customer service, would seriously recommend Kapiti Wholesale cars.

I purchased a Mazda from Simon at Kapiti Wholesale Cars last week. When I first walked into the showroom, Simon listened attentively to my vehicle wish list and came up with options that suited me. After letting me test drive a few vehicles and then allowing me to test drive the vehicle I preferred for a length of time, I was very pleasantly surprised at the immaculate condition of the car. When, I said I liked it and would like to purchase, Simon's customer service was 2nd to none. There were some delays with my finance, yet Simon's no fuss approach, made this matter not a drama. On vehicle collection, Simon offered delivery or pick up options, which was very helpful. The vehicle was in the exact order he explained it would be in, along with a new WOF/rego and tank of fuel, along with AA tested. This was all additionally organised and such a surprise and bonus. I would highly recommend Simon from Kapiti Wholesale Cars, for his honest, upfront, no nonsense style, along with selling me a fabulous car! Additionally, Piccolo Cafe next door serves an awesome coffee! :-)
