T.Moved to independent predominantly because I connected with their banter better than the previous. They are still the same high quality workmanship as I was used to. They just seem to read their customers really well and that makes it easier for them to catter to their customers as individuals. It's a genuinely appreciated quality from this customer.

T.These guys are the sweetest. Not only did an excellent job everytime they also weren't there to take your money, I asked them to do service on my bike but they checked the system and said it wasn't even a year since last time I had a service so I should come back later. They also pumped up my tires and give the bike a good wipes even though I was there to change the battery. Highly recommended.
M.Took my 92 CBR 250RR in as I suspected it was over heating, within a few hours Lee had resolved the issue and also gave me a few pointers about the rest of the bike. Was really good being able to have a chat and get to know him before taking the bike back. An awesome shop with awesome staff, will definitely be coming back here.

R.All of the guys at the shop were very friendly and welcoming - they had good recommendations and really cared about giving great customer service. Price was fair and markup wasn't huge. Not one of those shops where you walk in and immediately feel unworthy of being in their presence - great experience and happy I found them while in Wellington.
