We had great experience with this Toyota branch. We end up choosing them over other Toyota dealerships because of their amazing attitude. We are very happy with our choice 8 months later. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks guys! Also I was pretty sure I left 5 stars review back when we bought the car 8 month ago, just to notice yesterday that the review I left went to the wrong dealership. I must of made an mistake, I am correcting it now.

My local Toyota spot. Service team here are great. Never feel ripped off or not knowing what is going on. They also managed the Alert Level 2 protocols brilliantly

Popped in to check out the 2020 Yaris GR. Salesman was super friendly and gave us a rundown on the NZ spec. My father David used to sell cars here and it was nice to visit again. Only 20 or so of these left in the country so arrange a test drive while you can, this thing is a beast.

Staff were amazing. Friendly and communication was efficient and informative! Unfortunately due to covid wash and car clean serve is not operating even though we are in level one.... which seems like a lazy excuse as a medical professional on the front line. But I do love Toyota!

I go there, whenever I’m after a trustworthy service and no running problems. May be a piece of improvement, if less parts need to get ordered from Japan. Keep up the good job. 👍

Follow up service is not good. They texted you if you have problem and I replied yes but no one follows it up. Lately I asked when I my car serviced to find where the noise is coming from on the passenger's side when driving on rough road and they can't find it.

Great service, never had a problem with there workmanship. Haven't used for a long time but things haven't changed, always very thorough and good communication on what needs attention. Don't be fooled they are washing your car though, mine was hosed down at best. It wasn't in the quote and wasn't charged for it.You get what you pay for!

Best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great team who are very helpful& I’m always greeted upon arrival. The Service Manager was friendly, Very knowledgable & professional. Added bonus - my car was washed & cleaned. Keep up the good work !!

Just had my first service and recall repair here and it was brilliant. Nikki came over with all the paperwork before I even got out of the car and promptly sorted everything out - was a pleasure to deal with. They do a free vacuum and wash as well which is a really nice touch - saved me the hassle especially with the cold weather. Pickup was slightly delayed, but this just gave me time to relax and have a coffee in the waiting area!

Service department was easy to access, clean and tidy and they did a great job today. Friendly, extremely helpful people. A good experience all round for my first time visiting here for car servicing.

What a wonderful support service. I arrived to drop off my car this morning and was proactively approached and greeted by a friendly staff member that my paperwork in hand ready to go!!! She welcomed me, went over the work that was planned for the day and signed off the paper work before offering me a ride to work from the branch. I was blown away by the amazing level of service. Rutherford and Bond Toyota is a great place to do business whether you're buying a vehicle, servicing your vehicle or whatever; you're dealing with a team of people who motivated to assist you , and care for your needs. If you haven't death with this company, you have missed out something important in life. I have lost count of how many vehicles I have bought. My desire is to do more business with this entity never evaporates. I have just bought a Camry hybrid having done just over 17000km in mint condition. It was on the road for about 4 months. I received a big discount, plus heaps more extras. I was just informed that I have got a $500.00 petrol vouchers. I have been dealing with this company over 15 years, and I can now say with some authority , that this company provides well trained staff to care for your needs , and there is a lot to learn from this company for your own good.

My car had an incorrect spare tyre. We found it out the hard way when couple of weeks back we had a flat tyre on the motorway. It was a lot of hassle and a really bad experience, so later reached out to toyota in person and mailed them. Still no answer on the email or any callback so met Kyle (service manager) today in person. The sales manager was away but Kyle went great lengths to try and sort the issue. He could have easily asked me to wait when the sales manager would be back. Instead he gave it a go and found a brand new tyre as a spare for me. This was a delightful experience and I am very happy that I own a Toyota from this delaer.

Needed new replacement keys for an imported Toyota. The team was incredibly helpful via email and face-to-face. Got two shells swapped out for less than $100. They were unable to cut the keys but were able to send me over the road to a locksmith with specific instructions to get it sorted. All while being courteous and understanding. Great work; incredibly grateful.

Have no issues with the people themselves or the service here, in fact they were all very professional. However, the trade-in price offered by their wholesaler on my vehicle, having now consulted with others in the same trade, was an absolute joke (and I had quite low expectations!) - and as such I didn't proceed with the purchase. So a little disappointing, and isn't really encouraging me to go back!

They diagnose the fault and fixed it. But couples of things are not working well may missed some connections while putting back. Will contact again.

Maintaining this brand of car is a very costly exercise. Certain staff not always up to speed either.

Pretty good and friendly service. I like that they're able to offer better trade in price compared to other dealers. Only downside is the communication.

Ok enough.... nice cars and prices similar to other big dealers. Was on their yard with friend who was pouring over a brand new car for 15mns, but no one came to assist in his purchasing needs. So he went over to Armstrong's Prestige and brought new Audi.

Excellent service from Alphonse in the parts department. He recognised my urgent need for a starter motor, sourced one locally, and had it delivered in less than an hour at a reasonable price.

Good people there. Will really try to help.you may pay a little more than a smaller garage ,but they are the Toyota agents,nuff said.

We use R & B for parts for our rental van and truck fleet. We are always greeted by their pretty and cheerful lady in the show room. The boys behind the counter at parts are always onto it and helpful when needed. Can't ask for more.

Its not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for - if you want peace of mind, quality and reliability of service and a level of reliance on the fact that you are dealing with a company that pays a lot of attention to detail and integrity, that they know what they are talking about and hold the no 1 toyota/lexus dealership in the Wellington region for good reason - then you can't go past R&B Toyota - purchased a late model and immaculate Vx Prado from here 10 years ago and have always had it maintained here - never any issue and always an enjoyable experience knowing the vehicle is in safe and professional hands.

I think the Toyota's sound reputation is a problem to some dealership like Rutherford& Bond. Under the good reputation, the customers will come and buy a car without too much consideration, so some of staffs don't know how to supply good customer service or maybe they don't really care. In my case, the sales named Tony Jackson is a typical "old school" sales, try to wash his hand of the finished deal. I haven't met this kind of sales at the main dealership for a long time. The 3 stars are for his manager named Julian. After I made contact with him, he is very professional and helpful. He finally made everything right .

Class A people. Helped out when Britz failed and fixed our campervan even without a prior booking. Thanks to Brad for being very polite and helpful while I dealt with the clowns (Britz) on the phone for half a day.

Service department do a great job, especially Daphne, she is such a hard worker.

Find it very expensive for a warrant ,of a near new car.With add ons .There is no mention of these,for using credit card.Etc Etc.Especially as it has very low ks.
