Prices are best I've found in Whangarei for my Harley. From memory they've always had what I need. Most importantly though is the service at the parts counter. So many people in service these days can be shockingly rude and they don't get my repeat business. The young lady (Amanda) in parts is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! Many older, dare I say experienced parts/service people could learn a lot from this young lady!

Motorcycle Lab's team have been really helpful arranging work on my motorsickle in their "hospital" during the tribulations of living with Covid. I had to miss one booking because I could not travel from my 'hood to Whangarei because of distance whilst in Level 3, and they got me rebooked and work done ASAP when the level dropped again. I'm chuffed, VStrom is chuffed, we both hope her indoors doesn't look at the bank account too closely, or I'll get the look and the question, "Shouldn't you think about hanging up your helmet at your age?" DEFINITELY NOT!

These guy's are the Best! Really understanding team with talented mechanics, helping bring joy to the road 2 wheels at a time. They helped me out of a very sticky petrol leaking situation. I'm one very grateful vespa owner, back on the road thanks to these guys.

Good to see the Suzuki dealership back with a dedicated motorcycle shop rather than in a car sales. Motorcycle Lab are handling the Suzuki franchise really well so far. They are very friendly, great service and on the ball. Logan on parts is awesome. Keep up the good work.
