After some confusion of who was picking us up at the airport, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very professional and car was good value for money. Would definitely use them again!

Great service, don't have a visable presence outside the airport but Thrifty the parent company helped me out. Car was fantastic, few scratches on paint work hoping that I don't get pulled up for any problems that wasn't anything to do with me. So far so good.

Excellent service from all the staff at Auckland Airport... would recommend! The vehicle was a Toyota Corolla 2017 model with a few scratches, but in good service order.

Had a great 40k km car. Had to wait a lot for the airport pickup (30-45 min); they seems understaffed. But the rest was fine.

Good friendly service Very affordable vehicle Vehicle ran smoothly Instead of leaving the NZD of $250.00, holding bond (credit card only) you just opt for the vehicle going back empty & the hold only NZD$101.00 The fuel is cheaper to buy from them that way than to fuel up down the road
