L.Back in August we made a booking with another rental car company but on Christmas Eve, a week out, they decided to inform us there was a problem with our booking. Our 4 week family holiday was rescued thanks to Enterprise! They not only found us a vehicle at the last minute but it was also at a better price. We are so very grateful! We could not be more happy with the quality of customer service we received or the vehicle they provided. We would highly recommend Enterprise!
T.Peter from Auckland, was very helpful and his customer service was excellent would’ve hired two cars off him if it was physically possible. My trip/drive took longer than expected and i returned the car a few hours than anticipated ,the Wellington Staff were very understanding and patient also provided excellent customer service too. I would ride with Enterprise again and recommend to my friends and family.
C.I made this choice after going through several reviews. I got worried after reading the distress people went through in their dealings with the rental car companies. I spoke to a staff member my name Peter all he's been extremely kind and helpful he dispelled all of the fears I had regarding issues to do with complications in the agreement but after reaching the airport a lady by name Catherine kept pushing me in making a decision regarding insurance which I wasn't happy about. We arrived early to return the car and met Peter, he was very kind and offered to take the car, check and park it for us and also reassured us after checking the car that everything was alright and sent us the invoice as we were waiting. Thank you Peter for calming our nerves and helping us through the entire process we are very grateful to you. I took a while to put this review since I had to wait for my caution deposit to be released before putting in my final comments Peter at Auckland airport Enterprise rentals is an asset that the company should feel losing thank you very much for a wonderful experience I will return again
R.The best car rental experience of my life! The team at Enterprise went above and beyond to help me on my journey. I got a freaking free ride to my hotel by the lone staff member working after dropping off the car. This saved me a 41 minute walk! I also got a free upgrade and help navigating tolls. I couldn’t be happier with Enterprise!
D.Great rates, car was perfect for my needs. The only issue at Auckland Airport is the distance to the pick up point, but it only adds a few minutes. For the drop off I was offered a ride to the airport to save time so great service.
G.The car (Nissan Quashqai) was clean, tidy and well appointed. Two of the three stone chips on the windscreen appeared not to have been repaired, which was less than desirable. We had booked a medium sized car so a small SUV was not really what we wanted but it served our purposes ok. The attendants at Enterprise Rent-a-car were helpful and courteous.
A.I use rental cars frequently on my work travels and Enterprise has always been a great option. During my recent visit to Auckland, I even had a nice upgrade to a SUV. Definitely use again.
L.I was impressed with the customer service here and the shuttle bus driver’s to/from the airport were super friendly and engaging. Got some great tips when I arrived about navigating Auckland. The check-in process took a bit, but it was because of the thorough inspection of
the vehicle, which I appreciated. I got a great weekly rate on my little car
and it had good gas-economy along w/really nice features (included a back-up camera imbedded in the rear-view mirror!). It handled great and was even comfortable for sleeping in (the one time I had to make it my impromptu hotel for the night). The return process was pretty quick as well.
This location is off-airport and can be a bit of toughie to find if you don’t have GPS.

W.Very good experience with Enterprise. There was some initial confusion when I made the web booking as they never emailed a confirmation after my on-line booking (I don't know why they don't do this as standard practice), but this was sorted out well by customer service. Upon arrival at Auckland, I had to figure out by myself by asking airport staff that we had to call them to come get us (thankfully, we had obtained a NZ SIM card at the airport) and they came quickly in a van to pick us up. I want to say that Catherine was amazing at our check-in, and made extra efforts to ensure that we were well settled in to our vehicle before we departed - many thanks to her. The return of the car also went very smoothly.
I.Address on vroom site and my booking reference had the incorrect address on. Signage of location of their tiny office inside the park & ride carpark not clear and not prominent enough.
Car was good value though.
R.5 star service! Alvin Tolentino in Christchurch branch has made the reservation easy for us for our trip to Auckland. Auckland branch is very accessible with the Park and Ride bus from the Airport. The upgrade was very much appreciated and we never had a problem with your cars. Thank you so much team👏👏👏😊😊😊👍👍👍.. highly recommended!!!

J.They picked me up quickly from the Airport. You just go to the bank of phones by the information area and dial 33. My phone was flat so the staff allowed me to charge it in their office before leaving. I was disappointed that I didn't get a Kia Cerato as requested I was told there were none available in Auckland. I got a Nissan Pulsar instead. I would have not rented a Nissan Pulsar by choice, nor paid an additional cost for a Pulsar, but the car went well and there were no problems at all.
M.We had a special circumstance where we accidentally picked the wrong drop off destination and Enterprise Rent-A-Car worked with us (for an additional fee) so that we could travel as intended. This would've costed us a lot more extra if they weren't so kind. Plus a free shuttle to the airport! Great customer experience
P.Located 15 minutes away from airport, 5 other companies are located at arrivals. Shuttles both ways are infrequent, and have capacity for only 4 passengers so you'll wait 30 minutes or more. Scrape on a rim was "routine, and not noted" on pickup, big deal on arrival. Glad I had the $0 deductible. Crew are otherwise friendly and competent.

D.Had to travel.to Auckland last minute for a funeral. Enterprise/Alamo made hiring a vehicle one of the quickest and perfect rental car experiences I have ever had. Wow. I would certainly hire a vehicle from Enterprise/ Alamo again and I definetly will.

M.My Air New Zealand flights got changed, this affected the pick up time for my Enterprise Car with the end result being pick up time was outside their office hours. We discussed the arrangements over the phone, Enterprise honoured the booking and I ended up with a lovely clean, modern car waiting for me at the depot.
All paper work was handled via email.... the process was easy, efficient and made my time in Auckland a pleasure. The staff on the phone were polite and helpful.
