Amazing service and fairness from this co when dealing with an incident where somebody ran into the back of me, they could see it wasn’t my fault but that doesn’t always mean much to rental Co’s. Will definitely just rent from these guys now they earned the loyalty 👍

cars provided vary widely, at competitive rates. But the service must be accelerated again, I wasted a long time in this place. The staff there are friendly and helpful enough. The place is also easy to find even though I first got to this place. The car I rent quality is very satisfactory

The vehicles are luxurious. The prices are amazing. The booking process was easy and pick up and drop off was a breeze. Whoever was working on 16/01/2021 at 11am needs a raise. I was hostile because the vehicle i wanted wasn't available and she handled the situation with patience and grace. I left much happier than when I arrived. I'll only use this company in future and I've already recommended them to anyone who will listen. It was a very positive experience for me.

I've had some poor experiences at this Europcar but my most recent hire was awesome. the car was ready for my pickups and the documentation done. I'd booked 24 hours earlier and even got a sweet upgrade.

You book everything on line but then it takes 30 mins to do it all in the agency. Doubling the workload, typing your detail in from your licence and then scanning it, doubles the work. Car was not clean outside but the weather and city dust was a factor. Staff were friendly and kept their professional faces on. Why book online when you have to go through it in the agency. Surely they can come up with a better option. Just to make it easier for the staff and customers.

The experience here was good except the line was quite long. It took over an hour to actually get the car. The car was adequate for what we ordered and clean. No real complaints except for the ridiculously long wait.

Two girls in here couldn't be more helpful! Great experience especially as it was good Friday. Asked if we could have a slightly bigger car than booked and they went above and beyond to get us one even though they were slightly limited on cars available. Much better service than we received on the South Island with Europcar. Thanks again guys!

We have rented from Europcar nearly every time we've travelled for the last 15 years. And this station has a really nice staff. However they are getting a little pricey. So our last rental was from Thrifty (Wellington to Auckland) and we were very pleased.

I rented a mini cooper from these guys, loved the service. The car has a new cars smell, the guy working there was english, from Wales I think. He was very helpful and kind, showed me around the car, taking time to explain all of the buttons and systems in a mini cooper.

5 star service and nice model cars. Ended up hiring the Holden Captiva for our trip to Tauranga. Drove like a dream. Highly recommend Europcar and their helpful staff.

Booking was easy. Car very nice but low in fluids and tyres needed inflating. Poor radio reception as aerial appears to be missing! Drives well and has gotten us all over North Island.

Very busy at the time of pick up. However to be expected given middle of the Christmas holiday period so plenty of tourists picking up cars. Ultimately when served it was a quick and easy process.

This is not explained clearly when renting remotely (internet), but vehicles do not cross from the North Island to the South Island (and vice versa).
As a result, it is necessary to allow the time to leave the vehicle on board and the time to pick up a new vehicle on arrival.
This information is important because it means you do not need to reserve a seat for your vehicle in the boat that makes the crossing possible. (reservation is not refundable and I paid the price!)
