The Ford Ranger 2021 wildtrack is a Dream car to drive while travelling the rough roads of up north of Auckland.
It caterd to me and my family with unlimited space to help carry our camping gears and luggage, it was very spacious inside with the latest system of a touch screen monitor to make your cruise so smooth. Bluetooth, aircon, wireless calls the latest software loved it.
The cost for the rental was very cheap for the daily hire age. We had it for 6 days amzaing

T.I booked a car for about 3 weeks and the car was in perfect condition with very low KM.
The SUV had all the extra option you need for a long trip.
I’ve been charge an extra $$ for 1h late after 3 weeks rent, I guess it’s my fault.
I also forgot my keys inside the car and the staff send me an email directly so I could pick it up.
I found a nice deals when I booked the car with 15% discount.
The pick up of the car and be fully prepared and ready to go if you have registered all your details online before.
I will use go rental again 👍
N.The vehicle we rented, a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive and everything from booking online to pick up and drop off was hassle free plus customer service was friendly and helpful, so am greatly appreciative and would not hesitate to use Go Rentals again and highly recommend to anyone else.

Y.We hired the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport for a roadtrip with the family. Couldn't have asked for a better service from Go Rentals. The guy at reception is super helpful and friendly. He made the process efficient and definitely explained everything about the car. The rate was definitely a deal after New Years. We hired the vechicle for 7days at a very reasonable rate. App check in is definitely faster than filling in forms. Would highly recommend for future business.

A.Great deal, easy to find, downtown well located. I arrived a bit early and expected a little bit more of cordiality from the employee, which mentioned and reminded me i was early and that mu booked car was not ready yet. There is no place to wait so i had to wonder around in the rain. Came back when i ran out of options to a pleasant surprise, as my car was not ready yet, they upgraded my booking with no extra cost and promptly handed the keys after all paperwork a payment was settled. Fast and expeditiously done.

M.Took ages wading through car rental options. Read heaps review, good and bad. Contacted several companies with questions etc. Wanted a car for a month. One company was just not interested in helping us at all. Go Rentals answered all our questions, gave discount and added some small incentives. Was able to take car on ferry, do off at different location to pick up. Pick up and drop off hassle free. Had a cracked windscreen during trip, contacted them, bit of back and forth, as was after hours Friday night, but all sorted to suit us and our itinerary. No issues with car mechanics at all. Took us everywhere we wanted to go. Few chips and scratches on car at start, made the whole trip less stressful. Would highly recommend taking out full insurance. Yes for an accident, but lots road works in NZ, chips, windscreens inevitable. Extremely happy with our choice.
L.I always use Go rentals when booking a vehicle for trips because it's so easy, everything is done online even the check in which makes collecting the vehicle super quick, seriously like 2 mins. That is what I love most how easy and fast everything is.
M.We booked the rental from the UK well before our visit - very affordable compared to others. We chose an older car to reduce cost and found it immaculate apart from usual scuffs/paint chipping and we had no issues with it at all over nearly 3 weeks. Pickup was efficient and smooth with very friendly and competent staff. Return couldn't have been easier or quicker, again with very friendly and efficient staff. Have already recommended them to my brother who lives in Auckland. He couldn't believe how affordable they were compared to what he paid another local firm. Very impressed.

Book in advance about 2 weeks ahead of time seems to get you the best rate. Play around with the dates. No complaints! Went smooth every time, in and out. I got the full insurance, paid a little extra because I didn't want to deal with any hassle when I'm on vacation. The car was clean every time and with low kilometers but that didn't really matter to me since the car was pretty much new. Will hire them again! The GO Play card is awesome too! Take advantage of those discounts!

C.I'm always hesitant to rent cars abroad especially when they come at a lower cost. I did not have to worry one bit with Go Rentals.
Their cars were very clean and new, the staff super helpful and friendly and you didn't feel like you were being pressured into adding any add-ons.
Their video for first time left side drivers was a really helpful tool too!
z.Update on my review -- After posting my feedback Go Rentals finally got back in touch and confirmed the refund. As it was so hard to communicate with them after the purchase I can only give them a average review but the car hire process and the service from the collections and return team was very good.
I would give them a higher rating if it was not the disappointing way the rental ended. I returned the car early after calling them to confirm this they told me that I would b refunded the extra unused day. I duly returned the car and the collection attendant also said I would be automatically refunded. After a few days when I this did not happen I emailed them with no reply; I have since emailed them twice through both their contact us form on the website and direct through email yet all my emails have been ignored. I can't recommend this company as if you had another issue more serious than mine I think it would be very hard to get any support from this company.

F.I have chosen this company for my 4 week NZ vacation based on reviews and it didn’t dissapoint me. I choose the most budget car, and got Corolla with 40 000 km on the odometer. The car was clean and reliable. I did 4700km with the car and had no issues at all. Both checkin and checkout were fast. I did pay for the full insurance and im happy I did, because one day before the end of our trip a stone from passing by car made a crack on the windshield. This made us feel bad for the remainder of the day, because the car became a part of our adventure :-/ Still there were zero issues with this at the checkout, because of the insurance.
A.Absolutely perfect rental company. No BS, they give you the car you order, are very helpful, their service is quick, their call centre connects to humans, their cars are as advertised. They’re basically a dream rental. Please expand to the rest of the world and don’t lose your personality.
P.Booked on line and the email that came said to complete online check in for a quick pickup, which I duly did. When I got to pick the car up there was no quick check in at all and it took me 40 minutes before I got the car and they still had the cheek to put the start time down as when I had booked the pickup rather than when they eventually gave me the car. My other bind was that it took them over a week to release the bond so my credit card was maxed out when I went to hire another car the following weekend. Other hire companies release in about 2 days so the excuse of the bank not releasing the money doesn't hold up. Other than this, the car was pretty new (10,000km) and very clean.
A.GREAT car rental company! Go Rental Christchurch extremely good service. We had booked a rental car with another company but were left standing at the airport for 50 minutes. The Go Rental shuttle driver noticed us waiting and waiting and suggested we get a car from Go. After discovering that our original car rental was a terrible mistake a very kind Christchurch man drove us over to Go Rental and without any prior booking we had a excellent Toyota Corolla within half an hour. Great office service for a Sunday afternoon, no waiting around. Drop off same experience. We were only at their office for 10 minutes at the most before we were on the shuttle bus. M.Fast check-in and drop off process. Great tourist attraction discount card comes with car rental. Very cheap rental fee without any hidden cost. We bought $0 excess insurance cover which was reasonably priced. Overall experience was great. No complaint.

M.I have used many car rental services in New Zealand and Go is definitely the best value. I got a brand new Toyota Corolla with 19 kilometres on the clock. The Go app is brilliant and worth downloading as it makes the process a lot easier. The only downside that I can see is that it is a small outfit with only a few depots to drop the car off.

D.Good cars and pricing but way too fussy about "damage". A couple small scratches on the bumper from rocks kicked up does not mean the bumper needs replacement, especially not on a relatively cheap rental option. Buy peace of mind insurance or expect to argue an extra charge of a few hundred dollars.

Only downside: No option to drop the car off outside of office hours (Sunday night), forcing me to use paid parking for the night before returning the car Monday morning.
