Absolutely amazing team! Super easy to deal with and amazing communication! Was zero hassles from pick up to drop off! Highly recommend and will use again!

Brilliant experience at East Tamaki branch. Staff were friendly, informative, sorted my hire quickly and got me in the road! Really appreciate how flexible they were while maintaining COVID-19 practices to keep us all safe. Highly recommend them. Good job team East Tamaki!

We placed an order in a short time frame and East Tamaki branch came through for us.We had excellent service from the branch manager and fast service from their tele service staff member.We would definitely hire another vehicle from Hire Ace East Tamaki.

Great experience and very competitive. Pick up and drop off both happened in minutes, staff were friendly and helpful and they were flexible with the booking enabling me to pick up the van the night before to load it.

Fantastic friendly team at the East Tamaki branch, have always received good service. The yard is easy to get in and out of too.

Our company has been dealing with Hireace East Tamaki for the last 4 years. Michael the manager, has been outstanding in his service, nothing has ever been too hard or complicated for him to sort out for us, even though at times we must have been frustrating for him. I would highly recommend Hireace East Tamaki for all truck rentals.

The contactless pick up in Level3 Covid Business restrictions is brilliant. Booked online and the trailer was ready and waiting. Produced Drivers License and away Brillianty!!!

After the first pre booked truck was going in for repairs due to a hirer damaging it and being downgraded to a smaller furniture truck for the same price as the large we were a bit concerned when the night before we needed to move we heard that the previous people haven't brought that 1 truck back and they couldn't get a hold of them we were very stressed as we didn't know if there would be any suitable options in the time frame we needed it for as small size without lift was too small We turned up early in the morning and the truck still had not come back at this point we were stressed more because we had only booked it for 10 hours and had ALOT to do, but the person who served us was amazing! For the inconvenience of all of the changes and the delayed return by previous people, he let us keep the truck overnight at no extra cost and he credited us with the difference between the large truck and the medium truck as we had been charged more than what the price was so based ONLY on this staff member and his unexpected help we give Hireace ET a 5 star review! I wish I had written his name down but thank you very much to the guy working on the morning of the 9th Jan 2021 you really made our day and we got everything sorted and moved thanks to your extra time you gave us. Will use again if needed

My wife and I required a furniture truck urgently due to finding out that the shipping container we imported could not fit in the driveway of our new home. The team at Hireace East Tamaki were ultra helpful and directed us to the perfect sized truck for the job. After a very informative demonstration on how to use the trucks loading ramp, and pointing out some pre-existing issues caused by the previous user of the truck (which couldn't be repaired in time for our Hire) we were on our way. The truck went beautifully and the cost was much less than we expected. We would thoroughly recommend Hireace East Tamaki to anyone needing a rental truck.

Customer service was amazing from the beginning via the phone call to when we went to pick the car up! Thanks to the young man that handed the car over to us, super kind. Definitely recommend you guys and will definitely be back!

Hi There, I just want to say that my experience with Hureace East Tamaki has been nothing but awesome. Throughout the process of calling the Customer service person, to talking to the team in person has been extraordinary pleasing. The handling of my booking was smoothly handled without any problems and I must admit that the staff are very helpful and also gave me the right information when choosing the vehicle needed for my purpose. The cost of the mirage was also, may I say, value for money and I will definitely recommend this company to all who are considering hiring one of their vehicles. Even with level 3 restrictions these guys went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible. The young guy that showed me the vehicle and took the keys off me when I returned deserves a payrise, professional till the end and made it a smooth transaction. I was in the process of moving house and I made contact with Hireace to book one of their furniture trailers. They were very helpful and provided a great customer experience! Due to bad weather, I had to re schedule my booking. Hireace were more than accommodating and rescheduled at no extra charge. The person who served me at the branch made me aware of my T&C's and informed me about purchasing accessories such as furniture blankets, cardboard boxes etc. I would definitely hire from them again!! :)

East Tamaki Branch is close for me - BUT - they are great to deal with regardless!. Everytime I need them - they have what I need and the service is great, no dramas, no hassle. I recommend them and will repeatedly use them as needed. thank you!!

Just good, honest value-for-money. Just before returning the van I'd hired, I recalled the time I got stung by a budget car rental place in Australia. I was half expecting the same bag-of-tricks from another low-cost outfit, but was very pleasantly surprised. I'll use them again, for sure..

I recently had the occasion to hire a light furniture truck to transport a recent purchase from Auckland’s North Shore to Maraetai. I needed a covered truck to avoid possible rain etc. So I Goggled the rental companies in my area and what jumped out at me was Hireace’s really easy to browse web site at East Tamaki. Being able to view the vehicles and book on line was magic, so easy. I was also impressed with the Monday to Thursday discount that they offered which helped a lot with the final rental cost. This rental hire company bet the competitors hands down. I found the staff at Hireace’s East Tamaki branch very courteous and helpful when I picked the vehicle up, I couldn’t fault any part of the rental process at all, the staff were professionals and knew what they were doing and the vehicle was spot on. Keep up the good work Hireace.

Everything went well. Fast and efficient service on Pickup and Delivery. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I hired an older minibus (it was advertised a such and at a cheaper rate) which despite its age was in very good condition. 2nd Hire (June 2018) After a good experience the first time I hired the minibus, I returned. All I needed to do this time was give my details from the previous hire and everything was done. It was so simple, fast and efficient. Upon pickup and return staff were very courteous and efficient.

Best company to deal with. Neat and tidy van. They accomdate my time. Needed van 1 day but picking time was not suited. Hireace east tamaki made it easy for picking and dropping and assured I was only charged for 1 day hire. Highly recommend

On arrival at the branch the vehicle was already for pickup which was unexpected and greatly appreciated, especially after hiring from a previous branch that did not have the same level of service. The van was better than expected, and the drop off was also hassel free. Will only hire again from this particular branch.
