D.Trailer we hired worked fine and for a really great price! They attached it to the car and made sure it was perfectly safe before taking it with us. Definitely recommend these guys for your next trailer hire!
B.Both the gents working at hireace Henderson were awesome, very friendly guys. The process of picking up and dropping off our hire went very smoothly.
Van was the perfect size for moving house, was recommended to get the platinum cover for insurance which gave us an added piece of mind if anything did happen to go wrong.
Would highly recommend heading online or in store if you need a vehicle or trailer to help you move house
M.I would recommend Hireace Henderson, they have very reasonable pricing, and the car I hired was very tidy and comfortable and easy to drive. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The process of hiring the car via online was very easy with no fuss.

D.Great place to Hire a Van From. Easy to use Web Site with some great options with little fuss. Booked a Van in 5 minutes, ready to pick up a few days later. Easy to get to location & the Van was ready to go when I arrived. The Chap on the Desk was really helpful & answered all my questions. The Van was just what I ordered & worked a treat. When I returned it, the Chap on the desk was right there & within a minute I was done & out the Door. I will be definitely be coming back here in the Future

R.Really awesome and fast service from Hirace. This includes the mix up of where to pick up the vehicle. I needed to pick up some beds and was running out of time so i quickly ran Hireace i booked everything but only realised after the confirmation on email that i would have to pick it up in Christchurch. I quickly rang them again and this time made sure it was to the Auckland branch told them of my dilemma and straight away it was fixed. Both customer service phone mannerism in Christchurch and Auckland were wonderful. Willing to help at both times. But that also followed through when i went to pick up the vehicle the guy was welcoming and helpful too smiling and very accommodating my husband was blown away with their service as i had told him from the phone to their door the service was awesome. When we returned the service standards never dropped again the guy was very helpful and this was all during level 2 lockdown of Covid 19. Thank you Hireace i will definitely return and i have also told people my friends and family of your wonderful service and costs too. Thanks again.
L.Great vehicles, bond is comparably high but haven't had any vehicle issues to date. Best to book well in advance as their vehicles are shuffled around from site to site, apart from that all good

The truck that I was provided with was in excellent nick, and looks like it has been well maintained. However it would be better to have 2 people on in the weekend. I returned my truck at 8 on 28/09/19 and was in queue with 2 people in front, waited about half an hour. Otherwise not too bad.
