This was my first experience of a Volkswagen but most certainly not the last.
I particularly would like to thank Kyla for her brilliant support and flexibility with last minute changes.
S.Notes after reply from Sixt: great service and helpful staff. Would be 5 stars but was a little spooked by their damage disclaimer, got told if there was a stone chip in the windscreen it would need to be repaired or replaced at our own cost. I could see these guys hitting you with a big cost for things outside of your control.
N.Was my first time renting a car and I was blown away. prompt shuttle pickup from airport, friendly staff, and got a very cheap upgrade to a brand new 2021 Audi Q2 to drive instead of the regular Toyota Corolla that I booked, so it was an amazing experience, thanks so much!
w.There was an issue with my booking which I did through a 3rd party booking site however Tina and Olga went above and beyond to accomodate me to make sure I got to my appointment on time. Friendly, helpful, incredibly patient and their courtesy van from the airport was top notch! Sixt Auckland Airport will be my #1 pick for all future rental car needs. Can not fault, Thankyou.

A.First time using a rental car company, and what a wonderful service, flew in was picked up by Wazana a lovely lady, who also took care of our booking. We were heading back to drop off and called ahead of time to let them know we were going to be 20 minutes late as we got stuck in traffic they were fine with that and we weren't charged. We were then dropped off just in time for our flight, thanks alot to the team at sixt Auckland Airport, would highly recommend this branch.

Nicht die gewohnte Sixt Qualität die ich aus anderen Ländern kenne. Auto war gut 5 Jahre alt und hatte kaum extra Austattungen. Würde hier nicht nochmal buchen.
