Good booking process and pickup/drop off, I was happy with the car that was provided, was charged a 'fuel refill fee' of $25 3+ weeks after the rental occured. Not happy with that as already expressed to the average customer service. Unfortunately won't use again because of this.

Really friendly service, the car was ready and very clean and tidy. We returned the car at the end of our weekend and we’re delivered safely back to the airport. All very hassle free and a great price.

Affordable and staff is friendly. Downside is... when I called them that we're in the airport already, the lady said "in 5 minutes the shuttle will arrive to pick you up" 🤔 but we've been waiting for almost 30 minutes 😜

Very easy for pick up and drop off, although be aware of their hours of operation when booking a flight. Our car was a very reasonable price for a small Toyota Vitz but it was more than adequate for getting around. Very pleasant staff. I would Highly recommend this company.

Really impressed with Snap and wii definely use again. This was booked through Jetstsr link and was incredibly inexpensive. Really prompt pickup from Airport and service was excellent and quick.

The first truly humane car rental I have ever used in years. They are customer oriented, NOT the regular "I'll try to sell you insurance, to get my bonus" style... They are actually in the car rental business with decent cars. I'm very happy with they service!

Excellent service, our flight was delayed into Queenstown and the office rang to confirm if we were ready to be collected so they set off in the shuttle bus to collect us. Online check in is available to speed up the office processing time and collect the key and you're good to go.

We have just spent 4 days in Auckland and have rented a car from Snap Rentals. When car was picked up, it was very clean and tidy. We had no problems with the car. The pick up and drop of back to the Airport was much appreciated to. Would use Snap again.

I rent cars alot at airports and Snap have been outstanding, I dont intend using any other rental from now on. The staff are very friendly happy and make it easy. Our airport pick up and drop off was efficient and driver cheerful and informative.

We've used Snap a number of times in Queenstown and Chch. Excellent prices and great service. They've picked us up and taken us to the airport in a timely manner. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a car rental and can thoroughly recommend them for value and service.

The staff were kind, and I felt that it was good value for money. The little Yarris I was given for the week was awesome for me, and even though I am on my restricted, the staff at Snap listened to and respected my needs in the kind of car I asked for. Will definitely use Snap again.

I had the Toyota Corolla for 3 days from Christchurch to Dunedin return. It's the second time I have had from them...Awesome service, clean and reliable vehicles and value for money...I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be dealing with them again...thanks guys

Outstanding service. We were travelling with a 5 month old and a 2 year old. Both car seats were in great condition. My son was too big for his but there was no problem changing it for another style. It’s always such a relief when travelling with little ones that they are safe and it’s great not having to bring our own car seats. Previous car companies have been shocking with this! The car was fabulous. Modern and clean. I can not rate Snap high enough. Great prices and extras drivers are at a very reasonable rate compared to other companies. Pick up and drop service brilliant with a very friendly and informative driver. We will certainly be hiring again with Snap on our next trip north. Thanks.

Great price for a good car, which drove well & got good fuel consumption- which is important considering the cost of fuel in NZ. The pick-up from the airport was very convenient. The driver was extremely helpful & friendly. Pick-up & drop off for the car was good considering how busy they were. I would advise anybody wanting to hire a car to check out Snap Rentals. I was very pleasantly surprised when I chose to use Snap Rentals for my budget priced hire car in New Zealand. As I am on a tight budget, I couldn't spend too much. I got a great deal, the staff were very friendly and efficient and they pick up from and deliver you to the airport efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a good reliable rental car and, as in my case, happy to have not totally brand new car.

I had an excellent experience with Snap Rentals. It was my first time using their vehicles. Price was very competitive. Top quality vehicle. The comprehensive insurance package gave us complete peace of mind. Customer service was great, awesome use of technology. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Christchurch depot are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to explain each part of the process and contract.

First use of Snap. Sue picked economical. It was way more than that. Made sure we were picked up, (we came in at midnight), got us to their office, a few minutes with nice people and our car pulled up outside with the GPS on the dash and running. The return was just as pleasant. Pulled into their quiet lot, did a push and a pull on the credit card and the van driver drove us to our gate. "How was your holiday?" It was great. Or as Kiwis say, "No worries."

SNAP Rentals are 100% first class to deal with and deliver excellent value. Katie calmly and efficiently resolved a complicated problem on the phone that resulted from our initially trying to use an online booking agent to book our seven week rental several months before our trip. I feel we became friends over the thousands of KM between us! We completed all of our prep and documentation for our rental very simply online before we arrived. There was no need to hang around at the office. When we arrived to pick up our car the SNAP agent welcomed us by name like friends, showed us to the car, made sure we knew where we were headed and gave us the keys. Our little Toyota Vitz was perfect for our needs and performed impeccably (and very economically) for the 7,000 KM we drove during our visit. No problem with two people, two medium-large sized cases and several other smaller bags. Next time we go New Zealand SNAP will be our first call after booking our flights. Would we refer our friends to SNAP? We already have. And there will be more as our friends understand what an amazing destination New Zealand is. Thank you SNAP!

What can I say, I hired the Isuzu DMAX, it towed our trailer very very well from Christchruch to Twizel , awesome truck. Thankyou to the team in Auckland for sorting this truck for me... 10/10

Great service from start to finish. Practically new car at very reasonable rates. Really helpful, conscientious (and delightful) receptionist. Efficient shuttle service to and from the airport with a knowledgeable and convivial driver. I will definitely use this firm again in the future.

We were very impressed with the service we received especially from the German guy who drove us to and from the airport. Picking up the car was easy and efficient. Our problem was finding a phone number to ring from the airport as car trawler has not provided one and Information at the airport only had an old number. We will definitely use Snap the next time we visit NZ

Right from the time we landed and called to get the shuttle bus to pick us up, to get the car, it was easy, a quick pick up, paperwork done and we had the keys and on our way within 20 minutes. Returning the car it was just as easy & friendly, the shuttle driver even dropped us at our hotel, which was close to the airport. We would use them more if they had a branch in Wellington. I recently rented a Snap car for 9 days in New Zealand and would recommend them. Friendly, quick service and no wait for a ride to the airport. We landed, called and they arrived quickly to pick us up. No worries and no hassles!

Reasonable price, resonable rentals. They are quite far from airport, you should take shuttle bus(about 5min). All staffs are nice and kind.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. The vehicle was very competitively priced, it worked great for me and my family, and the customer service was amazing. My family of 5 was on a two week surf trip through NZ and we rented a minibus to travel around in. The manager, Jonah, was extremely helpful in making sure the van worked and accommodating. The other people that worked there were very polite and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Snap team!

I rented a compact auto from the Christchurch airport Snap and it was perfect for my weekend. The staff were lovely and really responsive. I had to pick the car up out of hours and they called the day I was collecting to make sure I knew what to do and had the correct 0800 number to call. The Snap staff were so friendly when I dropped the car off too. It's my first time hiring with Snap and I will do it again.

Once we worked out how to contact Snap Rentals from the Airport, everything went very smoothly. An quick pickup from the Airport and shuttle around to pick up the car, and we were 0n our way. The staff were very friendly and this was our introduction to the locals, great start. There were no issues with the vehicle during our stay, so all good on that side. We had to drop off the vehicle outside business hours, at Heartland Hotel, and this proved to be a fairly simple task, and the hotel provided a shuttle to the Airport, which made our whole experience very good.

Fantastic service. Friendly efficient staff at both Christchurch & Auckland Airport offices. Two brilliant vehicles. I took Zero Excess insurance for total peace of mind, and no questions asked on return. Quick check of mileage and fuel tank, and Away I went. First class service. Highly recommended.

Hired a very tidy Toyota Aqua from Snap Rentals in Auckland. The rental cost was great and it was also cheap to run. The staff were great to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

The car and the hiring process were what I expected, good quality and relatively fast and smooth. The customer service, however, went above and beyond. I returned the car 15 mins after they had shut, but, they stopped their closing up to serve me, complete my return and helped me organise a taxi to the airport and dropped me and my plethora of bags at a spot convenient for the taxi to get me.

Initially drawn to Snap Rentals because of the low cost. But when arriving and dealing with the front people of the company, it was excellent. they were friendly, explained things well, were quick in handling all the paperwork getting us on the road. Really good service from friendly helpful staff. No problems with the car and very competitive price. We booked from the Uk and found communication easy and prompt.We took out the premium insurance for peace of mind. Our Hyundai ascent was great to drive and did an averafe 53 miles to the gallon.

Snap rentals was an exceptional part of our trip to New Zealand. We were able to travel all the way to the northern tip of the north island, to the southern end of the South Island. They were accommodating of our flexible travel plans and were responsive when the car experienced difficulties. We are more than pleased and recommend Snap Rentals highly!

We booked through Expedia.au just a couple days before flying into Auckland. The rate was much cheaper than other rental companies and other Expedia sites. We even received a compact hybrid vehicle. Their free shuttle service promptly transported us to and from the airport. The car ran smoothly and had plenty of room for our 4 suitcases. We received friendly and professional service.

The car we rented was like new and great for traveling around in. We had a LOT of luggage so it was tight, but we should have chosen a larger vehicle. We had a little trouble reaching someone for an after hours pickup, so I didn't give 5 stars. But a limo driver at the airport helped us reach them, and after a wait, we were picked up. Got the car quickly, and the return went smoothly. We got to the airport quickly and with plenty of time. My husband would like to use a rental service that has an actual office at the airport next time to avoid the mix up we had. But that aside, our experience was great.

We had after hours pick up and drop off, and the process was seamless. Heartland Hotel offer shuttle service for after hours and were very accommodating. Very easy to simply pick up and drop off, particularly at awful hours of arrival and departure. Will certainly be using Snap Rentals again! The car was immaculate, and great value for money.

Snap rentals were very efficient. The car we had was excellent. They are away from the airport but they are in the park and ride area which is only a short distance from the airport and well served by buses every 5 mins. They give excellent directions. Very reasonably priced. Great value for money . Would definitely use them again. Also very friendly staff

A really professional operation and excellent value for money. We were picked up from Auckland Airport within 4 minutes, taken to their depot - very nearby - booked in and off within 20 minutes. The car was in great condition and the process was seamless. When we returned the service was equally efficient and we were back at the airport minutes later. The best car hire I have used and I have traveled extensively.

Been renting from SNAP since 2014 on regular trips to Auckland. Always quick check in n out with friendly and happy staff. With a pick up terminal at the airport and drop offs available after hours with Airport shuttle on hand, its been so easy to access a rental car so efficiently. Their cars are modern and reliable with unlimited kms. Rental rates are exceptionally good value and they even had a car available at the last minute when l had to attend to a family emergency. Highly recommend!

Got held in Christchurch by the first winter storm of 2018. Found Snap on line and they were awesome. Pick up from airport, back to depot and car ready and waiting...easy. Next day flights cancelled again but Snap found me another car and off we went again....finally on Thursday morning managed to get flight...free shuttle back to airport. Great range of cars all in good condition and good enough variety. At ALL times staff were friendly, helpful, happy and energised.....a pleasure to do business with, rates are awesome....HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

It is always easy to book, simple car pickup and drop off and really nice staff. Good selection of cars and always clean and tidy. The full noise insurance means you don’t have to fuss checking for every little scratch before you head off. All round great company, hope they have a long future ahead of them.

I have used several rental car companies from Auckland airport over the last few years and I have now used Sap Rentals twice. Both times I have been very happy with the cost, service and the friendly staff. I can only say from my own experience that Snap are the best.

I have rented cars all over the world, but I have never experienced a better service than at Snap Rentals. The car was perfect, easy to book and nice to know the full cost of the car and full insurance beforehand. All of this for a very low price as well, amazing! I also especially wanted to thank the employee Vikas (sorry if I misspell it) at Auckland airport, his positive mood and high level of customer serivice was amazing!

Great service for me. The staff were very nice and very helpful, car was a late model Toyota which was excellent. Best value for money in Auckland for rental cars. The pick up and transfer was efficient and didnt take long at all.

Great service! After booking online what I thought was a guaranteed RAV4 - we were given a similar car but with a smaller boot. We unfortunately couldn’t use it as we were travelling with golf clubs. But the next day we were swapped over to a RAV4 with an extra day added to our account for our troubles. All staff were very helpful. And did the best they could given all svu were booked for the busy season. Pricing compared with other companies was much cheaper too.

An excellent car rental service, especially for the price. Had a newer model car and a hassle free booking experience. Could not give 5 stars as the staff at Queenstown did not pick up their phone when I was at the airport and I had to organise my own transport to them. When I arrived, most of the staff were chatting and when I told them, there was no apology or explanation. On the contrary, Christchurch staff were excellent and very attentive.

When travelling anywhere I use an international car booking system which also lets me get full insurance cover before arriving at any destination. In my experience that is well worth the effort. Snap at Auckland provided good relaxed service and their friendly staff were very helpful. I will be back.

My first experience with Snap Rentals didn't start very well, due to my own misunderstanding that I would be picking up my vehicle from the Auckland Airport International Terminal, instead of a facility 15-mins drive away. I tried to contact the office with the phone number provided but kept getting an engaged number; and only managed to get through via the airport's Visitors' Center. From there, it was smooth sailing -- Snap Rentals sent their shuttle vehicle to pick me up from the terminal building to their facility (the driver was a very friendly guy named Matt, who was fun to talk to during the drive and managed to offset my initial distressing experience with Snap Rentals), from where I picked up my car. Returning the vehicle was also a very smooth and convenient procedure, and I had absolutely no problems with my car or rented GPS unit. I would be happy to choose Snap Rentals again.

From being picked up at Christchurch Airport by a friendly staff member in the Snap transfer van, to being returned to the airport by the same friendly staff member, our experience with Snap Rentals was terrific. The car we had ordered wasn't available so we were upgraded - it even came in a little under the original low price! Taking the Full Noise Collision Damage Waiver was a great idea, no need to note any damage on the car before using, as everything is covered - with no excess. This extra cover still kept us way under other rental car company's prices. The only hiccup was trying to contact Snap Rentals after booking, they didn't reply to emails. I haven't graded down my rating because of this, as we were assured it has been mentioned to the relevant people and will be rectified.

Snap car rental was the best! We rented a compact car for three weeks for our holiday driving about both of New Zealand’s islands, including the ferry ride South & North. The car, a late model Toyota Yaris, was clean, ran flawlessly, had an automatic transmission, four doors and got great fuel mileage. The Snap employees we met were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained some of the more important rules of the roads in New Zealand. We optioned for a GPS unit with the car hire and it was well worth the extra daily fee because New Zealand has lots of backroads and off-the-map roads that would be hard to find otherwise. I’d recommend Snap for your New Zealand adventure.

The booking was hassle free and we changed the car last minute without much problems. Not to mentioned the rates is slightly lower than the competitors . The car was not in immaculate condition but acceptable. Probably they can improve this part. Make sure the car is clean external and internal before collected by the customers. The staff is good, and takes time to explain the "Do's and Don't" in NZ .

We hired a car for a three week trip. We arrived to a busy but understaffed office and our car was not ready. However, within an hour we had a great Toyota Corolla which gave us no bother during the three weeks and was economical to drive. We had to fill up the windscreen washers early on in the trip as in the rush to get the car ready, this had been overlooked. We took the car over on the ferry and left it at Christchurch, with no extra cost for leaving it at a different location as Hertz were charging. We had a good experience overall with this company and would recommend to friends. They are still a recently new company who have the right vision but some areas of customer service do need to be improved upon. All the best to you for the future.

Fast and efficient service with an easy pickup and return to the airport. The car was comfortable and reliable and economical. A little basic but you get better than you paid for. We’ll use them again

I found Snap Rentals when googling car rental places on line. They were very professional, friendly and affordable! I won't hesitate to use them again on my next trip to New Zealand!

The whole experience with SNAP was excellent. The easy and clear online booking process, to the picking up process. The staff were friendly and professional and happy to help with enquiries. The car was excellent and good value for money (we had our car for 3 weeks). We dropped it off after our 3wks and that was also trouble free and efficient.

Hired out the Hyundai i30 for the long weekend. Was simply blissful; She was a beauty to drive. Customer service is always top notch too; so welcoming, informative & always cheerful. This was the 2nd time I've rented one of SNAP rentals vehicles; it won't be the last. Can't wait to go on my next long road trip. I'll be returning real soon SNAP rentals. I use Snap every 2 or 3 months. Is still the best rental car company. Best value and nice cars. Ive noticed over the past 6-9 months or so the cars are becomming more dirty when I pick them up. My last vehicle didn't appear to have been vacuumed from the last people who left sand and grass in it. The front windscreen was also covered in bugs that had crash landed at high speed. Tried clearing the window with the water and window blades but couldnt clean it all off which made seeing out in the glary sunset a bit difficult. I hope this is only a temporary issue as I used to enjoy picking up my clean rental!

The car was great. I chose the premium hatchback. I picked up and returned it in Christchurch. The ladies at the Christchurch office were very nice but extremely understaffed. Two people cannot run people back and forth from the airport and give them all cars. I got a flat tire along the way and called the Auckland office (it was the number I was given) to see what they would like me to do. I spoke with Rebecca and she was very rude. The whole time she treated me like I was stupid especially when I told her I didn't choose their insurance as I had my own. The company could be a lot better if they had better and more employees... I guess that is what you get when you are on a budget.

Excellent budget priced car rental for people looking for affordable car hire to get about. It would be helpful if the procedure for finding the Snap office was clearer at the NZ international terminal, it may have been me but I did not see any signage to tell me to get on park and ride bus. After asking several people I was directed to the information desk, the lady explained the procedure and all was good. I will be using Snap on my next visi. Gil Parker

Excellent value for money. I arrived after midnight so pickup was organised from Aeroparks. Transport was waiting at airport, collection was fast and easy. Return was equally seamless and fast. I regret not purchasing insurance through Snap as it was less than half the price of my online purchase. Warning: if arriving with a foreign SIM card, you will not be able to ring the NZ 0800 number if you need to contact the Aeroparks a/h. The Sparx booth opposite customs exit at Auckland International sells SIM cards and were open at 12.30am.

The online booking process was easy, and the fact that they have a 24 hr service was the clincher along with the bargain rate. Our 2014 Corolla was immaculately clean and the staff at the pickup/drop off 10 minutes from the Airport in Auckland very courteous and helpful. The courtesy bus which picks you up from the airport and drops you off is included in the rate so no surprise extra add on costs.

Great experience dealing with Snap Rentals at AKL. Their office and lot is close to the airport and the shuttles are all electric. The crew is young, energetic and quite fun to interact with; not so corporate feeling. I’d definitely use them in future.

Very happy customer & hassle free process. Booked online a few months before we travelled, gave SNAP a quick call before we flew out from Brissy to make sure everything was a good to go from there end. Once landed in NZ was a simple call for the after hours shuttle & Voila we were on our way. Cheapest rentals at short notice. Had a 2016 Hyundai Tucson for 3 days, for under $300 including full insurance and I only booked it a week in advance. Only downside was the waiting time when we picked it up. As others have mentioned, it is understaffed so I was meant to get it at 12.30 but was waiting until almost 1 for them to have the car prepared. Great customer service, and with a 5% repeat discount, I will hire from here again.

I have never heard of Snap Rentals before, I searched for cheap rentals online and came across Snap Rentals. I was shocked to see how cheap their 'all inclusive prices' were to hire the SUV I was looking for, also they had the latest model!! (Bonus) It was super helpful with the live chat to be able to ask the questions prior to booking the SUV, super helpful :) The guy at Auckland Snap Rentals help desk was very friendly and super fast at organising the paperwork. That I loved as I hate having to wait! So I definitely highly recommend Auckland Snap Rentals, way cheaper then the big well known rental brands out there, easy to find, super cheap, no long queues at customer desk to pick up your vehicle, service with a smile, super comfy SUV vehicle, had no problems at all and rides super smooth. Good value but disorganised regarding my request for roof racks. They tried to fit them to the vehicle only after I arrived to collect it. After an hour's delay they gave me a much larger vehicle that could fit my kayak inside. Would have preferred the smaller vehicle and lesser fuel bill but they did come through with a solution and I would use Snap again.

The most awesome friendly staff who were beyond helpful! The car was faultless and $200 cheaper than the "big" rental car companies. Absolutely awesome. I wouldn't use anyone else from now on. Snap are by far the best.

overall, it was the staff (or lack of it) that made this experience what it was. There were only 3 people in the office, and 1 driver ferrying a stack load of waiting passengers at the airport - to the point we did have to wait a while to be collected both when we arrived at Auckland airport, and after our trip, heading back to the airport after dropping our car off. The staff weee so accommodating, considering how stretched they were - staying utterly professional and lovely the whole time. The car - a new Renault, was perfect! Will definitely use again

We had an opportunity to rent from Snap Rentals in Auckland, New Zealand last week. It was kind of strange having to take a Park & Ride shuttle bus to the rental office in Park & Ride parking lot. I guess to cut down on expenses and provide a lower rental cost, this model works. The car we rented were not in pristine condition, but it operated fine and did not leave us stranded. They took digital pictures of scratches and dents to cover us and themselves for any known condition. There rental representative was informative and friendly. The vehicle drop-off was just as good as pick-up. I would use them again.

Have used Snap Rentals twice over last twelve months and have had no issues and great service. Very accommodating when having to change bookings with cancelled flights and delays. Will continue to use then in the future.

Few bumps in the beginning but everything was solved shortly after. We did book an 8 seater about 3 months prior to Auckland arrival. After landing, called the number given as instructed, kept on going to answering machine and disconnecting for about 15 mins. Finally got hold of Snap Rentals, got instructions on how to reach them and receive the car, it was so simple that they could have instructed me by email and saved me the 15 mins calling with no success. After arriving at the office, signed all the papers, got the car that was a 7 seater instead of 8! I refused to take it since we were 8 and booked an 8 seater! The agent called the main office and after about a 5 mins discussion with his boss, he finally came and said to wait about 10 mins and we'll get the 8 seater. Well, all in all we waited about one hour 10 minutes to get the car from arrival to departure from office, the car: over 200k kms driven and about 12 years old, but never missed a beat, sturdy and travelling was easy with it, can't complain. Very friendly staff, the car was reliable despite the age, they were retiring them and updating the fleet as I was told. I would rent again from them, they solved all the problems that we faced and they acknowledged the mistake. Make sure you confirm the car you need before arrival to avoid misunderstanding.

I rented a Toyota for 70 days and had no problems at all. Very good service in Auckland as well as in Christchurch. I got a clean and well maintained car and drove it for over 7.300km without any problems.

I found Snap Rentals to be very efficient with a good airport drop off and pick up. The car I hired was a compact Passo. Although a little scruffy it was economical and served my purposes. I would use Snap again especially seeing that repeat customers get 5% discount.

I definitely recommend Snap Rentals if you are under 21! I hired a car for the first time ever and had an incident occur where my windshield shatter from a rock hitting it on the interstate. I was scared I would have to go through a lot of insurance paperwork and take time filing documents out but when I went to return my car they said that they had everything figured out and I was good to go! Have moved from Rennie Dr to Park and Ride,which is great, jump on the big bus at the Airport and it takes you straight there.Signed up in a few minutes and out of there.Had a Toyota Corolla excellent car,beautifully clean and tidy ,had no problems what so ever with it.Same coming back drove in dropped it off and back on the big bus back to airport.Trap for young players, check the bus back to the Airport Domestic or International. Left $50 dollars in consul which was my fault, gone but not forgotten.

It took a long time to wait for the bus that took us from Auckland airport to the bus transfer station and then more waiting time until pickup from the bus transfer station to the Snap Rentals. - The rental car was old with high mileage, but clean and working OK. On the return the car had to be dropped off at the airport transfer station's huge car park. It was raining heavily and I got soaking wet when running about 50 m from the car park to the bus airport transfer.

Awesome experience with Snap, there was a miscommunication with Jucy and we were told by our travel agent that we could rent from them with a P1 Australian license, then we were denied when we got there almost ruining our entire trip before it began. Jucy called Snap for us and they gave us a car within the hour! On top of that it was even cheaper and no ridiculous bond for being a P1 driver.

First time renting with Snap Rentals the online process was simple and easy, they are cheaper than the other companies. Only thing I will say is if you are ringing after hours in Auckland make sure you only use local phone as our Vodafone called back via Aus and the number would not connect. So lesson learned only use local NZ phone to make free call otherwise you will not get through. Otherwise 5 Stars!!!!!

Hired the Isuzu D-Max for a week..... was great. Easy pick up and easy drop off with a shuttle to the door of the international airport. Got my future business.

Car hire was affordable but the place wasn't very well organised. Waited 30 mins to get the keys for the car then had to wait another 20 mins fornthe car to be vacuumed and washed.

Good service. We had a little trouble contacting them for shuttle pick up from the hotel (which we had paid extra for) and had to take a taxi. Once we got their they refunded the cost and paid for the taxi costs.

Loved the experience of driving a Tesla, the guys at Snap are really friendly, My only critique is the tyre pressures were all over the place which was a concern, not an issue for me as I topped them all up but they should be checked for those who may not know how to inflate tyres or even be aware that the vehicle they are using may have semi flat tyres.

Snap offer a basic hire service i.e. no airport counter but airport transfers available, and the savings are significant.

The phone centre was not answering on a Saturday morning, frustrating when you get off a plane and can't get your rental car.
