Car rentals for big cars. If you have a big family or group with you coming to New Zealand, this is the place you want to rent for. People are nice here. They really try to accommodate with what you need. Some downsides are, they don't have smaller cars and usually when you have one car booked there is hardly flexibility in going up and down on sizes since they don't really have the numbers yet. Hopefully they do in the near future. Another thing is, they will pick you up from the airport. But, we were flying from queenstown, and they didn't have a shuttle going from their place to the airport. So be ready to do some walking! Overall, pretty nice experience.

8 seater Mercedes was a great way to see the south island , very economical with plenty of room ( 5 adults all with luggage) Hired the headset as well , awesome for letting the ones seated in the "economy seats" know of up coming attractions and offers of "comfort" stops . Only draw back was only 1 USB charging port in entire vehicle

I took a school group on camp to Arthur's Pass and needed an extra van - this is the second time we have used Maugers Rentals - both times they were fantastic to deal with.

We hired a 7-8 seater for 5 people with bags and travelled in comfort. Can’t imagine being squeezed into a vehicle smaller when doing a road trip. Highly recommended!
