R.Literally the best rental car experience I've had in my LIFE. Saffron was the best, kindest, nicest, sweetest person, AND we dealt with her on both Xmas and NY day. She was cheerful and upbeat while working those holidays, and she made our trip start and end on such a great, positive note. She made us feel important and heard, and she was an absolutely delight to work with. She gave us a great car, getting us out on the road so quickly. And when we returned the car, she was amazing and remembered us, and asked about our trip. If we lived there, we'd want her as a friend. Can't rec this rental more highly, and I hope you get help from Saffron!
