Easy on line booking - all paperwork done on line before arrival. Photos of car emailed prior to pick up for checking for insurance/excess purposes. Easy at airport. Clean car with no problems. Value for money. Definitely recommend.

The whole process has no contact with any person as you pick up and drop off your keys in a password secured box, although it's a bit tricky for me to return the key and close the box😂. The vehicle is clean and well maintained. Have used Pegasus a few times across South Island and will definately consider it first for the next trip!

Easy online booking system, sorting out all of the details was hassle free leading up to collection. Easy to follow instructions for collection and drop-off and car was perfect for our group of 6. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Great car pick up process. You simply go to your assigned car waiting in Pegasus carpark. Use the code to obtain the key and drive off. Drop off also super easy as you park in Pegasus area and drop key in drop box. Also very reasonable price in comparison to other rental companies with an office.

I regularly hire a Pegagus rental car when visiting Dunedin. The online booking process is easy and straightforward and the cost is very reasonable. Pretty easy online paper work. No worries finding car at the airport with the instructions forwarded. They also sent their pre hire photos of the car condition and I would recommend the customer to do the same. We only wanted a small car and our car was clean, tidy and economical that drove and went well, which had plenty of room as a couple with luggage ( Nissan Note).It was great having USB connection to the stereo. On my experience with Pegasus Dunedin, I would use them again and consider them great value for money.

Rented a car in Dunedin and needed to collect and drop off outside working hours. Got clear instructions, and found whole exercise hassle free. You generally get what you pay for - I thought that this was above standard for the price. Will be renting again!

I love a car rental company that has figured out how to allow customers to pick up a car with almost zero hassle. Pegasus has it dialed. From getting off a plane, it was faster than if I had parked my own car at the airport. Find your car with your name on it, get the code from your email, unlock the lock box, and go. Returning was just as easy. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again.

Easy pick up and drop off system. For a small car we had amazing space for all our bags and 2 kid's. Car was clean and tidy and went very well. Will definitely use Pegasus Car Rentals again

Excellent company to deal with. The cars are older but immaculate. We hired a Nissan Sylphy and it went well. Plenty of boot space. Everything is easy from start to finish and reasonably priced. Pick up and drop off is particularly easy. If you have completed all your paperwork before your holiday then everything is contactless so no hanging around. Very happy to recommend.

Customer service was superb, Friendly, clear communications, and when I rung to make changes at the last minute it was easily accommodated. Good value, nice clean car. The ONLY negative aspect was the car battery seemed a bit flakey. I had trouble starting the car once, and then on the last day I had to call the AA for a jump start as it wouldn't even turn over. But after waiting 30 mins on top of Mount Cargill I tried it again and it spluttered into life, & I called the AA and called the assistance call out, and made it to the airport with a few minutes to spare.

If you want to hire a car in Dunedin, this is the place to go. Everything was so easy from online booking, any adjustments and return. A great little car at a great price 😊

Pegasus provide clean and reasonably priced vehicles. There is a ' no fuss ' system to book, pay and pick up and return of vehicles is easy with straight forward instructions. I have booked with them many times and have never been disappointed.

The car hire at Pegasus Dunedin Airport couldn't have been more straightforward. The instructions for collection were clear, concise and accurate . The car was very well presented, clean and with good attention to detail. The tyres were correctly inflated, the windscreen washers were topped up, and the oil dipstick showed a full sump. These things are important, it means that the car is safe for serious mileage straight off. I can say that this is not always the case with some of Pegasus's internationally known competitors. Recently hired a car for several days in Dunedin. Prior to booking, I chose Pegasus because of their good reviews, and I'm not surprised. Highly recommend their service. Throughout the process of booking, to providing clear instructions on where to drop off the car specifically, they have been very professional. If you decide to book, make sure the pick up is at the airport as they don't have an office at the airport, and driving to Dunedin from the airport is pretty far. Overall great experience.

The car rental process is easy and no hustle. They organise all paper work in advance and very straight forward car pick up next to the terminal. The car we had is clean and tidy (with some quality Japanese music already installed!) Good price, and swift service. We will definitely use Pegasus Rental again next time when we are in Dunedin.

This was the second time we have used Pegasus - what a great service !! They sent us comprehensive photos of the car before our pickup at the Dunedin Airport - after midnight . collecting the car was easy - a coded key box to obtain our key and we were off with no delays at all . The car was spotless and in perfect nick . Returning the car was just as easy - park , lock and drop the key into the secure box - that easy . We never saw anyone from the car company , it was all done on trust . There were no surprise bills or extras. We looked after their car and they looked after us at a great price !!! We will definitely keep on using this company and highly recommend them to anyone arriving at Dunedin NZ airport looking for a good car hire without breaking the bank …. The pick up was very unique as I was just handed an envelope with the keys and directed clearly at the information counter at Dunedin Airport to the location of the car. Was relieved to find the Nissan Note I booked per the picture and not an older model. The car itself fulfilled our needs as we had large bags/luggage and just had to fold down the rear seats to fit everything in. The car was very, very frugal and only consumed 13 litres of fuel over the 3 day hire which included several stop and go runs and a trip uphill to Larnach Castle...impressive!! The drop off at the airport was with a slight hitch though..the box I was supposed to drop the keys in was wide open! Fortunately a quick call to the toll free number and clear instructions to lock up the box and drop the key in was all it took! Easy!! I am very impressed with Pegasus and definitely will use them for my next rental in NZ!

Dealing with the team at Pegasus has always been an enjoyable experience. It's great to see them celebrating their 30th year, and is certainly well deserved. When asking around friends it is surprising just how many have had dealings with Pegasus across the country. Really love the convenient pickup and drop-off arrangements of Pegasus right at the terminal without having to pay the exorbitant charges of those with a counter inside the terminal itself. A hearty recommendation from a satisfied customer!

We have used Pegasus Dunedin on 3 occassions as they have been the cheapest rental available everytime. Booking and pick up are simple and can't fault them. I won't even bother shopping around next time as I know I won't get a better deal. 10/10.

A great little car at short notice. We were very impressed with the service at the airport. Lee met our flight, helped us take our luggage to the car and explained everything to us. She was friendly and helpful. The drop-off arrangements are super-easy - just park the car, put the keys in the box and walk into the terminal! We would definitely recommend this company.

Never actually met them! I did everything online, virtually, and they have very good systems for that. The car was fine; the price was good and it was located right where they said it would be in a handy place at Dunedin Airport - closer and quicker than the big expensive rental car companies.

Very easy rental. Was a little weird at first because you sign the rental agreement electronically, without seeing the car or speaking to anyone first but it worked very well. Keys and car were ready when I landed. Car was clean and in good condition. Far less expensive than any other rental company at the airport. Would recommend and will definitely consider in the future if I ever need another rental car in Dunedin.

Picked up Car from the airport no problems getting key. Car was clean and tidy and just what we needed great service on line and the odd occasion that i phoned in. Car went very well for the days that we had it. A very minor complaint the rather complicated Japanese radio needs an instruction sheet if you don't speak Japanese. Will use them again when we are back in Dunedin in December and would strongly recommend them.

Very simple process, compact car and easy pick up and delivery Have always used Pegasus for the last three years and at least three times each year to my visit to Dunedin

I made a booking with less than 24 hours notice and while other car rental companies could not cope with this, Pegasus Rental Cars not only accepted my booking, but they met me at Dunedin airport at about 9.30pm, which is definitely after hours for most people! The car I rented was a Nissan Tiida. It is a very capable car for travelling around Dunedin. Recommended for prompt and after-hours service. Cheers.

soon as we got off plane airport security took us to car park where Pegasus rental park as we got to Dunedin late at nite we were given instruction how to get keys in lock box an car was briĺlant to drive good on gas I would highly recommend Pegasus rental if u go too dunedin an they were cheap to rent an car was brillant
