The best car rental company I have used. Great prices and very friendly helpful staff. We extended our car rental several times. Each time we received great prices and everything was done without a problem. We changed the place to pick up the car and return the car, Dean was very helpful and agreed to all changes. We also had a problem with the payment from our credit card. Dean helped us with this and delayed the payment by two days. In Auckland at the airport, we received a VIP car park while we returned the car. It was great because we only had a few steps to our terminal. I highly recommend the Epic company. Our time in New Zealand was great and we want to go back there. Thank you Dean, thank you Epic.

We have had such a wonderful experience using Dean with Epic Rental Cars. He had been very professional and accommodating. We loved the car and most of all the great advice for the beautiful Rainbow Falls walk, the super good fish and chips and ice cream. Thanks so much. We will definitely use you on our next visit.

My friend and I went travelling around NZ for a couple of days. We rent a car at Epic rental car with Dean who was extremely kind and of a great help for us (informations, advices). He was also very accomodating with the car deposit / retrieval which is rare with other companies. Besides this, we rent the car for a very reasonable price. All in all, we had an incredible time in NZ: thanks for your contribution Dean ! I completely recommend Epic rental cars.

Dean was super friendly, great communication and very helpful. Was very cool to see our name being held up when we arrived at airport rather than having to find them. They even installed our rented car seat which made our trip that much less stressful and Dean was quick to help us out as to where to go from airport on our travels. So efficient and accommodating, highly recommend!

Epic Rentals is great! Dean was efficient, timely and helpful for my last-minute adventure. So nice that they offer pick up and drop off in town for free, what a huge help. The car was fun, clean and zippy. Just booked my next trip!

Epic Rental Cars in Kerikeri are the best. The car was deliver to my motel which was a bonus. Dean was friendly and kept me up to date when he could drop the car off. The car was awesome and cheap on petrol. The rental price was also excellent and we could leave the car at the Airport when we left. Would 100% recommend epic rentals. Best rental Comany I’ve been too. Rang up asking for a nice loan car for 5 days and that I needed it within 3 hours. He chose me the perfect car, gave me the perfect price and was super friendly. He was polite and very understanding & suited my needs. For example I needed to go up north on Sunday and we had planned for me to drop the rental car in town on Monday which I couldn’t do, so I rang him explained the situation and he dealt with it like a breeze, he was at my house within 3 hours to pick the car up which was a massive weight off my shoulder. I will definitely be coming back. Excellent service and products. Ta! Sam :)

I'm happy to recommend Epic. The vehicle was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Dean met us at Kerikeri Airport, helped carry our luggage to the car and fit our car seats. The after hours drop off was easy and the block on our credit card for the excess amount was promptly removed at the end of the hire period.

Used these guys for a last minute rental to get me to a funeral, was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had renting anything! Sign up was a breeze, was met at the airport to get given keys on time [even thou I was 5 hours late due to a missed connecting flight!!]. Great reliable car and the best service, Can't recommend these guys enough!

Changed my booking when I required another day without any hassel. Super, tidy little car and excellent service at a great price. They delivered the car to our home address in Kerikeri and picked it up too. They even took us to the petrol station when we forgot to fill it up at the end of the rental! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I rented with Epic for a trip between Paihia and Ahipara. The car was great and service was far above that normally provided by the majors including pick up and delivery to suit my location.
