C.Got a car from them twice and both were clean and well looked after. The last one I got was a 2019 corolla which was incredibly fuel efficient. Cost me almost a hundred dollars less in petrol than what I had a year ago. Excellent service and friendly staff. Location is also quite accessible, 2min shuttle ride or can walk for about 5mins after hours. Would definitely book with them again.
K.Staff are nice and accommodating. Had a hard sell for insurance but I guess that's necessary anyway so we didnt mind paying. The only problem we had was it was quite a walk from the airport, it was a hassle going to their office since we were carrying a number of luggages
T.We rented a great car with them. The shuttle from the airport to their office was convenient. They even helped to look for an item that I thought I’d left behind in the car. I’ll happily rent with Apex in the future.

N.I rented a Toyota Rav4 4WD here. Everything is as expected. Prices are very reasonable. Easy pick up and drop off. Excellent services.
J.No hassles here. Booked a rental car online. When we got to the airport, we called Apex and 5 mins later, we got picked up by the van to take us to get our car. It was super busy at the office though so there was a bit of a wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. They took photos of the car before we left. The car was clean and spacious, and nice to drive. We felt that it was a good experience with Apex and would probably go with Apex again for future car rentals.
F.Apex City and Airport are amazing - how the company is run and the staff. For a 24yo responsible female driver I am sick of being ripped off for being underage even though I have a full NZ and AU licence. Apex are seamless, it's cheap to get zero excess (if you choose like we did) and no underage charge. Hassle free and trusting. $35 for a days rental is cheap as chips. I will be returning and telling all my friends and family to use Apex. I may or may not also want to buy a Corolla now!!

K.We had a great service from these guys, would rent from here again and would recomend it too. Without asking they served us as priority when there were many ppl waiting for picking up their rental. I assume it was cause I'm 7m pregnant and we had a toddler with us too. When we returned the car we were told to walk to the airport as it was end of business hours for them, but the shuttle driver kindly offered to take us. They are like 4m drive from the airport. Would have been a long work for us with all the bags and speed we can move.... So greatful for this kind driver!
B.This is the third time we've rented a vehicle from Apex and think they're the best in Queenstown for value and service. Friendly and efficient staff and good vehicles. It's only a very short walk from the airport so we just carried our bags there even though there is a shuttle service available.
M.I love how easy to deal with them, the car provided was immaculate and grunty. The location is not too far from the airport either, thank you. Will definitely use your service again in the future.

Good service, reasonable rates, car was clean and tidy, liked that they took pics around the car before giving the keys and sending Vehicle Condition Report with the pictures of scratches etc via email.
Apex Queenstown were great, no problems with the car.

M.Hassle free, I booked our car online while I was in Sydney. Pick up was pretty straight forward after I showed my license. We returned the car after 2 weeks, their checks were also pretty quick. They also dropped us to the airport for departure :)
S.Had a great experience with Apex in November 2017. We had no trouble getting the shuttle from the airport (can easily call for it from the phone near baggage claim, though it was actually already there picking up another customer). Location is only about 2 minute drive from the airport. Had a quick and easy check in, without any of the usual haggle or up-selling that can often accompany care rentals. Car was simple but reliable, which is what we paid for. Dropped the car off after hours without issue and then was only a 5 minute walk back to the airport. Would definitely rent from here again.
P.Excellent service and good quality cars
L.Demotivated staff, they dont seem happy at work. I had to take my way to the airport with a trolley under the rain, this girl who picked up the keys couldnt drop off us in a minute ride. I would never attend customers that way. The car was also noisy with many scratches, no hand report provided, seems like the dont give a f&&^& to anything, same thing happened in Australia but at least their employers there were friendly and helpful.
D.Battery was flat in the morning and could not start the car. No mistake from my end. Perhaps old or faulty battery. New Replacement was quick. ... Most important! Sign up for Full Insurance coverage. AA Service was good and efficient to resolve matters. Kudos to Ollie/Dave.
