Fast and easy pickup at Queenstown Airport. The upgraded car was clean and drove very well. The counter staff were very courteous and helpful. We felt the hire rate was reasonable and from our experience would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

A clean and reliable ride. Chose a compact suite in the same brand as our car at home and were upgraded to the model we usually drive. Which made everything familiar and easy. Enjoyable experience from pick up to drop off.

We have used Enterprise Cars three times now and every time they have been excellent to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Unmatched deals and customer service. $160 for 7 days and no payment until arrival. It was a third of the price of Budget or Avis and included free km and the car was freshly cleaned upon our arrived. We left the service desk in 10mins and were ready to explore Queenstown. To the person below complaining about insurance excess - get travel insurance. That said if you don’t have it they’ll protect you for $5-10 a day. Pretty standard process, actually had a laugh reading some of the stupidity with the negative reviews, most were their own fault.

Excellent and easy pick up and drop off experience. We only needed a vehicle for a couple days and requested a late drop off time. This was agreed upon at no extra charge. Pricing was incredibly competitive and well below other companies for the same time frame. Would recommend to others and return to this company again.

Great service at the Queenstown airport. Definately plan ahead and book as they have a plastic sign for 'sorry we have no cars available' so that must be pretty regular! Once our booking was found we were given a 3 week old mitsubishi outlander that was a dream to drive. We had booked an SUV as both being familar with the car, but also knowing we wanted to do a few day trips it was more comfortable. Just a heads up - petrol in New Zealand is about $2.40 NZD per litre so about $95 to fill the tank. You can sign up at an AA office, or online via an app to join a loyality program that can help save 6 cents a litre.. so for those travelling a fair distance it can be worthwhile. Our car was perfect and clean. We were given a GPS thrown in as we took out an insurance package and we were given clear directions to finding the car and how to return. Could not fault and would absolutely book again with the company.

My experience at the Queenstown airport was fantastic - which is not my typical experience at rental car agencies. Matt was wonderful - he was friendly and professional and made the process quick and painless. The return was equally easy and the car was perfect, too.

They overbooked their cars. Then they made me pay ~1150sgd for the replacement car from another company and promised a refund. In my post-16-hour-flight delirium, I was stupid enough to believe them. For many weeks I didn't get any confirmation of the refund amount let alone an estimation for when my refund will be made. After two months of waiting and a lot of emails I received the first half of the money. The other half is supposed to be made by another company - again, I have no confirmation or date of the refund from them. On top of that, from the emails I exchanged with the manager of the Queenstown Airport branch, I will probably walk away with at least 100sgd that will not be refunded. ... and then I still didn't ask for a refund for all the extra fuel that the much bigger replacement car needed. This kind of unreliable and defiant behavior is totally unacceptable and nerve-wracking and feels like a scam. I will never book with them again and I strongly recommend to choose another company if you have another choice. Update nearly 3 months later: after being referred to the branch manager's boss, the second half of the money was reimbursed quite quickly. On top of that, she reimbursed me for the transfer costs. Because of the efficient communication with her and swift actions, I raise my rating to 3 stars.

Awesome rental car company, booked and payed over the counter for a car the following day, done all the paperwork and returned the next day and simply grabbed the key and went, woll defiantly use again next time when in Queenstown Highly recommended

We used Enterprise in Queenstown for a week in May and 4 days in June, had a one way rental from Christchurch to Queenstown. I found the cars on both occasions clean and no mechanical faults. Each time a few days in to the rental time I had a phone call from their office to see how things were going. I could offer some advice for people when time is precious, get organised and don't book at the last minute!!!

I had a really great experience dealing with Enterprise at Queenstown airport, Jeff and Shanti were both very helpful. We were upgraded at a low cost, got a courtesy call next day when we complained about old model baby car seat and were provided a refund for car seat hire. Will definitely be using this company in the future, great service and friendly staff.

Best car rental experience ever! Trish and the team were very helpful in helping us get an awd ute to go skiing for the weekend and at the last minute. Their rates saved us money over my gold membership at Hertz and they even dropped my wife off at the hotel as she arrived earlier than I from Sydney. Car was very clean and fun to drive. A true five star experience and highly recommend to Enterprise Queenstown to anyone looking for valye and friendly service.

Booked through Expedia day before flight. Landed, 10 min's later on the road. Fast & great service. Very friendly staff. Recommend to everyone. Good prices too.
