L.Easy booking process, great information before arrival, reasonable prices, good quality of the car and last but not least: very friendly staff! I highly recommend it!
S.Never thought I'd be reviewing a car place.
The actual process was OK. It was pretty simple (the Hertz Gold checkin seemed perfunctory), and the car was solid.
The reason I am reviewing it months later is that I lost my watch on this trip. I had no clue where it was. MONTHS after they contacted me, saying they found watch around the time of my return and if it was mine.
After I provided details to confirm that it indeed was mine, they went through a lot of effort to get it back to me.
This is not normal. And that's too bad.
So for the well-above-expected service, Hertz earns their 5/5 for this.

Things are very different to renting in Europe with no one on return to check the car but that seemed to be a standard practice in Queenstown with this being a small location but totally trusted them. Great Car, Friendly staff, very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable.
Would 100% rent with them again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

F.Hired a vehicle for two days. Car was clean and spacious. The lady at the counter was very helpful. She even walked us to the pick up point. Highly recommended.
