Friendly staff, well maintained cars. Had a swift for 5 days and was happy with the price and condition. Was able to change my drop off time to after hours with no issue

Great friendly service! One thing I think should be mentioned is that you need to give them a call to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport as its not there when booking. Otherwise pretty straightforward signed the papers and we were off

Efficient service. Fast pick up, able to check in online, no waiting or faffing around signing paperwork later on, the guy had one simple doc ready for me sign then handed me the keys. Great experience.

Second time booking with them from this location, did not disappoint will definitely be booking with them in future. Car was ready and clean when picked up.

Loved our Jucy Campervan, picked up from the Queenstown branch and the lady serving us was lovely, showed us how everything works inside the campervan and as we booked the stress free plus we got a free table, chairs and GPS for our trip. We didn’t use the shower as we stayed at holiday parks but tested it and it was in working condition, the toilet was so handy on long journeys. The only issue we came across was when going down steep hills the brakes started to get hot and smelt of rubber, this was fixed upon a quick call and drop off to the main branch the morning after where they advised us to use low gear when going down steep hills as using the brakes can burn them out. Never driven a heavy vehicle so this was a really good thing to note, they even gave us a call shortly after to check if the van was still ok which I think was awesome service, it doesn’t go too fast uphill but switching gears helped boost that a lot so this was no problem for us after some time of getting used to the gears. I would say if driving the max speed would be at 100kms or 80kms in windy weather. Overall though the positives outweighed all negatives and we loved the experience, would definitely book with Jucy again on our next road trip.

We managed to change our camper to a smaller vehicle so that we could drive back to auckland due to Jetstar canceling our flights for the second time in a couple of weeks. We had an amazing experience renting Jucy Campervan last winter. I booked the campervan online a week prior to our arrival in Queenstown. Upon arrival in Queenstown airport, we headed to Jucy counter and gave them my reference number and they’ve given us our key and directed us to the pickup zone. Everything was a splendid experience from picking up of the campervan to dropping it in our last stop in Christchurch Airport. The online customer service was very helpful with our inquiries along our road trip even on weekends. Happy to have have booked Jucy. We are looking forward to take another adventure with Jucy Campervan soon.

I got a great deal to transport a car from Queenstown to Auckland. Made for a great roadtrip. Also the people were really nice, helpful and super chill. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely rent from them again.

We have returned our camper there after 3 weeks in NZ. They are located in walking distance to the airport which is great! The staff was very friendly and left us enough time to pack our stuff and get everything out of the camper.

Great staff and vehicle! We had an amazing time with our Chaser van! We drove from Queenstown to Abel Tasman and back and the van was amazing! It was our first time camping and we cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable and convenient. 10/10.

Hired a rental car, it was clean and tidy, with a full tank of fuel. Went well, had no issues, staff were really helpful. We picked it up and dropped it off within a two minute flat walk from the entrance to the airport building.

My boyfriend and I recently rented the Juicy condo campervan and we had such a great experience! My boyfriend drove the van the entire time and it was his first time handling a sprinter van. He said he found it easy to maneuver. The van was in good condition and seemed to be well maintained as the ride was smooth. Yes you could hear things rattle in the back but everything stayed in its place. We did take the van in winter so beware that the water pump did freeze every morning but by the time we were on the road and driving this was not an issue later in the day. We loved the easy set up of the van and the no fuss of having to set up a tent. We also love the freedom of having a self contained vehicle and at a fair price. I would recommend booking a juicy van.

The customer is service is good and the people are friendly, but the only time I got a good car from Jucy was in 2018. It has been all downhill from there. The last hatch I got had a really weak transmission and struggles to go on a slight uphill even in low gear. I've seen better cars from competitors.

Fantastic thank you Jucy, I love the Tiida Sports great little cars, take you everywhere with ease and costs very little. Open early Saturday morning so we could get to the airport on time. Really appreciate your service.

Fast and easy to rent and the car ran perfectly with no problems. However for long hires the bond is really expensive ($5,000) and so is paying an extra 20$ a day but just for a day is perfect only came to 64$ for 24 hours and got full coverage.

I was a little apprehensive to book with Jucy because of some of the bad reviews, but all the campervan companies in Queenstown have similar feedback. We went with Jucy because they are located at the airport and larger then some of the others. The online booking process was easy. We found the Jucy booth in the Queenstown airport by the other car rental companies, they accessed my contract and had me out the door in minutes. The walk to the vehicle pickup is on the far side of the parking lot. They had our Campervan waiting and we hit the road after a quick walk thru. The van was clean and worked great. A little sluggish in the mountains but that's to be expected. Dropping off was just as easy.

Super Friendly staff - you expect this from the New Zealanders but Juicy goes above the high level of service and treats you like you are extra special. Clean, easy to drive car that went absolutely everywhere including dusty 45 degree mountain tracks that even the sheep didn't like - but we loved - what a view! Excellent value for money, easy to collect and drop off. We even got a lift back to the airport with our luggage after leaving the car. I had a bum leg - (one mountain too many and we weren't even skiing) and the 'Lovely Juicy Guy' took my luggage to the door!!! How Juicy is that?!

Super helpful staff, good options for rental cars. We couldn't get the cheaper 50$/day car, but the Mazda 3 we got was surprisingly good on fuel (round trip from Queenstown to Moeraki boulders, kitaki lighthouse, Oamaru and back only used 3/4 of a tank for roughly 700 kms of driving) and we were able to drop off the car after hours without any hassle. They also provide a road guide booklet to help drivers.

Did I like my experience in the Jucy Condo? Sure. However, I was not too happy about the caveman-theme that apparently all Jucy Vans come with: no electricity from the usb ports, a stove that literally tries to ignite the gas with a spark of similar intensity to two stones being bashed against each other and a toilet that is not much more than a glorified training potty that you have to drain with a tube - delicious. Apart from these unwanted features one has to pay extra for most everything else that doesnt come attached to the van. Even those things attached to the van dont want to be associated with Jucy as our left side mirror didn’t seem to want to keep upright, random plastic bits would fall off and the hose to drain the grey water from the sink kept coming off. The latter was especially upsetting since we had to wait 2 extra hours to get our van because Jucy had to attach a pipe that would fit with the hose. Whoever designs jucy vans put as much thought into his work as the guy who designed the Titanic. Our right door didnt open, apparently „on purpose“ and sleeping in the top bunk gives you a real appreciation of air and what being buried alive feels like. Our insulation also tried to make a run for it so no windows open necessary for a nice breeze when driving. When stopped, however, especially if seeping on top bunk, god help you if you don’t open the windows, even if it lets in mosquitos. Tip for Jucy: install mosquito nets. Driving up hills, especially in a caravan of Jucys, is a bit like playing Russian Roulette since you never know which car is going to give out first and roll back down one of NZ many hills. Driving is also not cheap because Jucy vans love gasoline almost as much as Jucy likes corny lines on the side of their vans. Also if you turn the steering wheel too much when parked, everything locks and you’ll be quite confused why your car won’t start and the key won’t turn. There is a nice Jucy community out and about - thanks to the beautiful jucy colors you can spot them from a mile away- and everyone waves at each other because we all know what the others are going through. This is a 3 star review because the van got the job done and we had a really nice time but so many unnecessary complications as listed above. We got the price of the GPS refunded because of this but still got charged a $75 claims fee after a window shattered due to blinds falling out of the car when trying to close the door. We even booked the stress free option and let me tell you we were pretty stressed so what did we pay for? Overall fine but step it up Jucy, especially if youre gonna have such obnoxious vans.

Easy access, good location. Well maintained and well equipped campervans. No hassles within my 3 week rental. Clever integrated sink, water tank, fridge and cooking space in the back. Google for available discount codes to use for an online reservation.

The car we hired (Toyota Aurion) comfortably took us from Queenstown to Christchurch for our little road trip. We made a little hiccup on our end with the details of the booking, but big shoutout to Amy and the crew who were so accomodating especially considering it was peak holiday season. They went above and beyond to help sort us out and get us a car for the trip!

Really cool experience and cars are good. They are a tight fit for three tall dudes but it has all the necessaries to enyoj a camping trip. They could however really use a few more horsepowers under the hood for the petrol engine but you learn to deal with it. Love the waving, flashing and honking when meeting fellow Jucy campers on the road

I did not have any problems at the pick up. Just bring all the documents they need and you'll be ready to go in no time. Cheap daily rates. My only issue: it took around 10 days to release the bond which in my case was 2000 NZD, so plan ahead.

Bei uns verzögerte sich die Übergabe um 4 Stunden !! Man gab uns ein separates Fahrzeug, damit wir in Christchurch schon mal einkaufen gehen konnten. Auch wurde der 1. Tag erstattet. Service am Telefon klappte reibungslos. Rückrufe erfolgten schnell und war sehr bemüht, uns weiterzuhelfen. Der Camper : Man muss wissen : es ist ein Benziner. Verbrauch ist zwischen 14-16l auf 100km. Der Tank ist dageben mit 60l sehr klein. Bei Steigungen hatte der Chaser große Probleme. Über den Haast-Pass und den Arthur-Pass ging es nur mit 40km/h, sehr zum leidwesen der Fahrzeuge hinter mir. Es gibt keine separate Heizung im Chaser, auch keine Standheizung. Für die Vorsaison oder der Nachsaison evt. eine interessante Info. Wir hatte damit kein Problem, obowhl es nachts manchaml recht kalt war, weil wir entsprechende Kleidung auch für die Nacht mit dabei hatten Generell wenig Stauraum. Nur unter einer Bank. Kein Platz für die Reisetaschen. Für uns persönlich etwas zu unkomfortabel. Dafür günstig was die Miete anging. Der Camper ist recht klein, daher kommt man überall gut in normale Parklücken Ich persönlich würde beim nächsten Besuch einen grösseren Camper mit etwas mehr Komfort bevorzugen.
