P.Thanks George & Rob for saving my bacon and coming out way after hours to sort a car of me. Not sure what I would have done without you two . I rent a lot of cars and I haven't found anyone else that provides the sort of service you offer
K.Timaru office needs to make sure they keep up with bookings online. However, once I contacted the local manager via phone, things went really well with my booking. She was friendly, efficient and my car was ready in minutes.
The handoff in Christchurch Kilmore St. was awkward as you have to drive into their garage and there seemed no easy way to get into the office during the day, to hand over.
A.Georgina and Rob were really easy to deal with and the whole process was very easy. Highly recommended.
S.Amazing service from Tracey, who "rescued" us when our private vehicle broke down in Timaru,. Tracey collected us from the roadside, ensured we were happy with our hire vehicle and this allowed us to be back on the road within 35minutes of our breakdown . On return to Timaru she then assisted us to ensure our mechanical problems with our private vehicle were resolved to allow us to continue to CHCH. An angel in disguise, thank you Tracey we would not hesitate to use AVIS again and we will recommend to others. You deserve a service award
