M.I hired a rental car from Europcar @ Wellington Domestic Airport. I booked a 12 seater mini bus. But our number of guests have decreased because their schedule change. I called early in the morning and requested to change to a smaller car. The receptionist told see that he will see what he can do. I got a brand new Carnival in the afternoon when I picked it up. This is really nice. I do not have to drive a super big car and risked on a city that I do not live in. Thank you very much! This is a very pleasant experience with Europ car. I returned the car in one piece not scrach and full tank. My deposit was returned to me in a few days.

A.Differcult place to find needs better signage. We got into the area to drop off the rental but drive around and around. Finally had to park in another rental spot go in and ask. At least these companies are the first you see when you go inside. It was quick after that to sort where to leave the car.
