M.Good. A bit hard to find. But lovely staff.
c.Good service but no free Wlan available ,so she ordered a regular táxi for me and the fare was twice as much as an Uber táxi. (60 NZL instead of 24!)
T.I originally picked up the vehicle from Queenstown, and had to drop it off at Picton and pick up a new one in Wellington. Due to a mix up at Queenstown, the staff at Hania St expected me to show up a day prior to my actual arrival, and that resulted in my reserved vehicle not being available. However, they immediately upgraded me to the next class and within 5 minutes I was on my way. Excellent customer service and very kind people working here!

K.just charged my credit card for the hire. I had been told in Auckland this card was only to reserve the car in case of theft, damage or fines incurred by us. despite intending to pay with another card we weren't given a choice in Wellington and just handed a receipt.
