N.Excellent service, friendly staff and great value for money. They have quite a few different options as well as add ons. Booked the 'prestige valet' option as my car needed quite a bit of a clean. Almost looked like a brand new car! Pleased with the overall service and will be revisiting
E.Making a booking online could never be easier! Impressed with the results for the amount I paid. By far the best value for money here. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who went through a pre and post inspection with me. He was very informative of what to expect with the results. Also I love the replies to some of these reviews as some customers do expect more than what they asked for. As a first time customer using any valet service, what I received was way beyond my expectations! Also got a complementary cherry scented car smelly. (My favorite scent for a car which was picked at random). Will definitely be back! Have referred this valet service to others ☺️
J.I went for the Prestige exterior valet package, the guys did an acceptable job and car looked good outside. The unfortunate thing was I believe one of the cleaners drove my car with a pair of extremely dirty gloves, so I had real yucky black stuff on my steering wheel, gear knob and door handles. It was quite sticky and gritty too so I had to give it a good clean on the side of the road. Leaving a review here so hopefully they can improve next time. Thanks team.
C.Very busy, but that says it all, the $18 carwash seems high for a machine wash but it gives surprisingly good results.

S.Quick and easy place to clean your car. You could either use the self service or just use the car wash. I've used the car was a few times and I haven't noticed any scratches yet
D.This business has saved me so much money. I thought the rear tan coloured car seats would need replacing due to a dog with oily feet making a mess, they cleaned them up to new. Years later, my windows were so stained, I could barely see through them clearly.
After my panel beater and I tried every product to clean them, and failed, I thought I’d need to replace them until I took the car in today, and no, (thank goodness), no need to replace the windows, saved again. Windows so clean with no greasy deep water mark stains. It actually appeared the windows were wound down when I came to collect the car. Just remarkable.
Can’t recommend highly enough.
I’ll be back, and I’ll bring all my car enthusiast mates with me. Just magic. These guys keep wowing me. Thanks so much for exceeding my expectations again. Dan.

M.Nice facilities. But would like a proper billboard or poster of some sort to direct how to use. Not sure if they did but did not see one from where I washed my car. Also, would be good if they constantly emptied out the designated bins for the vacumming areas. All in all still good facilities.

D.Awesome service - let the man know that my car was FILTHY, and asked for his opinion, he suggested a few different options but I went with the one he strongly recommended and I couldn’t be happier... I wasn’t expecting my car to turn out so clean, they did an incredible job, can’t wait to come back and get the exterior done & try there scratch removal service.

J.Went there to get my seats shampooed...Price was reasonable for the amount of work and effort that goes towards it. My seats were super clean and smelt like a brand new car. Not only did they clean my seats amazingly, they even cleaned and vacuumed my car which was not even part of my payment. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Will be going there again!

D.Friendly staff but the service is not as good as I expected. I spend 128$ For carpet wash, interior clean and wax along with a normal body wash. The result were not as good as I expected, I had to come home and wipe some of the missed places. My car got some sand in it when I went there for the service and I specially asked them to clean the sand on the dashboard before waxing it but the cleaner didn't done a good job as the sand was still there when I bring the car back and they applied the wax on top of the sand the outside wash was also not that good as I has to wipeout some little mud dots. And the inside my rere seats had little mud patches that they didn't even try to wipe out I just had to wipe it out with a wet wipe and the inside wax job was not done properly too they missed lots of details inside including handbrake leather cover and the gire shift cover. But Any how the carpets were washed properly and the boot was cleaned properly. I'm really unhappy with all the other results as the rare leather seats were not properly vacuumed along with the other mistakes.🙁😡
Hope they will improve their service over the time and I'm not going to let them groom my car again even though I might use there self service facilities and wash it myself.
The capert washing machine that they have for self cleaning customers is also not warking.🙁
R.I thought waste water. When we are not aloud to water plants at home, wash cars, wash the house we were or still am on water restrictions. The vacuum don't work , my vacuum at home stucks better.

K.Paid $15 for their drive through carwash via machine, car wouldn't fit through as my tyres were too wide, and reception was closed due to Easter break..went back 2 days later to get money back and explained situation to receptionist who without a doubt gave 15 tokens to use on carwash next time. We cleaned our campervan with it. The system is quite simple: 1 dollar gives 1 token. 1 token enables a very short cleaning in one program (pre-cleaning, foam, high-pressure cleaning, polishing).
Be careful: the respective program is not enough for a camper, so you have to choose 4-5 times high pressure to get an acceptable result.
Nevertheless, we got the camper reasonably clean for under 10 NZD and returned it without hesitation.
The entrance is at the BP petrol station, the machine does not give change, so bring the appropriate change or use the Money Changer Machine.

Wir haben unseren Campervan damit gereinigt. Das System ist recht einfach: 1 Dollar gibt 1 Token. 1 Token ermöglicht eine sehr kurze Reinigung in einem Programm (Vorreinigung, Schaum, Hochdruckreinigung, Polieren).
Aufpassen: das jeweilige Programm reicht für einen Camper nicht, man muss also 4-5 mal Hochdruck wählen um ein akzeptables Ergebnis zu bekommen.
Dennoch wir haben den Camper damit halbwegs sauber bekommen für unter 10 NZD und anstandlos zurück gegeben.
Einfahrt ist bei der BP Tankstelle, Automat gibt kein Wechselgeld, also passendes Kleingeld mitbringen oder Money Changer Machine nutzen.
