Good service. However, some areas of car were not properly or altogether cleaned. Attention must be given while washing/ cleaning to ensure enhanced service

So, I couldn't get myself in the long que of self wash today Then decided to spend a little more for my first time experience in Rub A Dub Well, I have to be honest starting price at $20 only they are doing a great job! Add $5 you get waxed 20 minutes, very efficient, human services, you just can't ask for more

I had the full king valet wash oh which was fast and efficient - the attention to detail was missing. Break dust residue still on wheels, roof rack slots not cleaned out from roof clean, and just general final clean up you’d expect from the top service offered.

I came to this car wash place with my friend's car. His car was not in a good state because of the lockdown. There were moss on the top of the car and the window. We didn't expect much by buying the standard wash and it turned out great! Definitely better than the ones on those gas station. Great value and quick service. Definitely will recommend this place.

Trustworthy, quick and reliable. I always take my car (VW Tiguan Allspace) there, and have never been disappointed. There’s a cafe nearby right around the corner, which provides a good breakfast taste whilst the car is being done. Thank you for your service.

A decent car wash service with waiting room with lot of magazines and news paper to read.

I was ashamed at the condition my car was in when I handed it over to these guys - dirt and grime from the previous owner who did not bother to clean the car prior to selling it. Best valet car wash in NZ! My wife and i take our cars here every few weeks! The owner is wonderful and we always drive out with the shiniest car. Highly recommend.

Firstly, it has to be said that the one star and highly negative reviews are almost certainly competitors. One would hope such practices would not still be prevalent. You do well to ignore them. I have been taking my Xtrail here for a couple of years. Every time the team do a fantastic job. This weekend no exception. Car returned sparkling clean precisely on time. I genuinely appreciate the warm customer service each time I arrive. Great work Rub-a-Dub team!

Not one to have high expectations of commercial car cleaning, I was very pleasantly surprised this morning by how neat and clean my car came back to me! I had the king valet service (~35min) and not only was the vacuum thorough, they even cleaned the cup holders, gear stick areas and dash thoroughly. Based on today, I’ll definitely be back and have already recommended them to friends!

My Car was in a state when I arrived. The staff were friendly and informative. Went with the $75 King Valet service. The end result was excellent. Everything they mentioned they will do they did in the time they said. Thank you Rub-a-dub.

It's pretty much the same price as regular drive through car washes but this is far superior. It cleans the bits a regular car wash misses and the glass is crystal clear afterwards. Was very quick and service awesome.

Affordable option for cleaning your car.

Full valet in August which took 2hrs+ so I posted a 1 star as I watched a number of cars come in after and leave before me. Raymond gave me a voucher to come back again, just completed a full valet in 45mins and the team were friendly and willing to make sure I had a better experience this time! 👍

The service and car cleaning was perfect. I was blown away when I saw how stunning my car looked both inside and out. Really lovely guys running this business. Hats off to a job completed with excellence 👌

Reasonably good experience with these guys. Used a $45 Grab One voucher (normally $75) and got a pretty extensive wash and clean for the money. We have a van and it fitted through the car wash fine.

They did a great wash BUT I waited nearly 2 hours and there were cars who came in after me going out before me....

Got a Grabone voucher for $45 for a King Valet worth $75, Wow amazing, my Mazda Atenza 2007 looked brand new inside and out. Will be back. Great service, very polite.

These guys are very nice. Cant really find customer service like this anywhere these days. great calue for $70 car wash. definitely satisfied.

They offer regular discounted prices as advertised on their website (eg free upgrade Thursday) and the service is prompt and done well, in my experience. I've brought my car in a couple of times where it's been in a bit of a state and they've cleaned it up nicely. There's a small waiting room to sit in while you wait with the usual range of magazines and a TV.

reading some poor reviews, shocker, this place is the best car wash in auckland, dont let those poor reviews stop u, try the place, u will come back. Reemon (the supervisor) was helpful, cheerful and caring.

Great exterior clean! Dont recommend interior clean though as your glass might become dirtier

They do not compare to a real car grooming service. They did on OK job, although my back seat looks like it was never touched. Windows have not been cleaned very well on the inside.

Great value for the $23 wash. Thursday’s are even better as they have a free upgrade option. But interior cleaning option is not good as they don’t clean it well!!

Good idea and ok prices but their top of the line offer should include wiping the seat, removing visible footprints etc, couple with poor security and attitude I don't think I'll be back. Didn't leave feeling good about spending my money with them.
