From start to finish of our kitchen remodel Hacker were professional and easy to deal with. Julia made the design process easy and helped us along the way with her experience, even after contracts were signed and we made last minute changes Hacker was accommodating making sure we got what we wanted. The pre sale process and documentation on what needed to be done before installation of the kitchen is something that you would not get from the big box stores and made the whole process easier to plan. The finish quality of the German made fittings, fixtures and appliances is second to none and worth every cent. Special mention needs to be made during the COVID pandemic with material and shipping delays that Julia and Phil did their best to change their schedule around our planning with the renovation, not an easy task… Thank you

Both Julia and Phil were very professional, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist with my requirements. We had our kitchen renovation designed and supplied by Hacker. Incredibly professional, accessible (timely communication and handy location open on Saturdays), great technology (design and renders) and friendly team who went above and beyond get our kitchen in before Christmas, despite shipping delays due to Covid. We love our new kitchen - it's great quality and works beautifully from the cabinetry to the design/layout, Neff appliances and the indestructible bench top. Highly recommend!

Making the decision to remodel your kitchen is a big one. We decided to go with Hacker Kitchens after meeting with the design team. They talked us through every aspect of the design and their software helped us visualise each option. Nothing has been too much trouble and they’ve coordinated every aspect of the installation for us as well. We have been so thrilled with the results - we felt obligated to provide this reference for Phil, Julia and their team. We recommend Hacker Kitchens without hesitation.

We originally approached Hacker Kitchens to do a kitchen design only, as we had another kitchen builder in mind. Julia responded to our message and was willing to meet us even though they were closed for the Xmas holidays. Julia worked with us and took into account our wants and needs and prepared a few design concepts integrating both the functionality and the aesthetics of the kitchen all whilst blending the colours in with the rest of the house. We were quite pedantic about design details and Julia was very accomodating in making changes and also making suggestions for improvements. After our dealings with her and seeing the quality of the Hacker kitchens first hand, we were convinced that we should get Julia to price the final design on a supply and install basis. The resultant cost was market competitive and hence we decided to give the full contract to Julia. She also coordinated and sourced all whiteware, plus the stone for all bathrooms, laundry and other cabinet tops and fire hearth. They willingly stored all the cabinetry until our new build was ready for the installation. The product was installed professionally by Phil and his team and to a very high standard and we are thrilled with the final result and we get many positive comments from visitors. We certainly would not hesitate in recommending Julia, Phil and their team to anyone requiring a new kitchen.

Embarking on the design process of a kitchen can be daunting, Häcker Kitchens made it an absolute delight! We are in love with our new kitchen! From the beginning , our dealings with Häcker Kitchens have been fantastic and we want to thank Julia and Phil for delivering a kitchen we could only dream of. Absolute amazing showroom! My friend and i visited the showroom and were amazed by the stunning finish and quality. Would recommend anyone to visit. Just make sure to mention youre in the industry if you need photos. The staff is nice and helpful.

This is where we got our kitchen best it's just works so well I love the cabinets very tactile and omg the bench top just rocks it's been just over a year since installing and I haven't looked back highly recommend this place the color and the handles everything I love it 💛💛💛💛💛💛
