V.I know kitchens are made for work but mine makes me smile every time I walk into it.
Designed and built by Artisan Carpentry it is solid and stylish with the colors and stainless steel equipment I chose.
One of my biggest concerns was the smallish space my Lockwood house allowed for the kitchen – I need huge storage because of frequent visitors and a love of cooking. I needn't have worried.
Heavy duty storage drawers in the pantry have the space and strength to contain all I need along with the soft-close used on everything that opens and shuts. The cupboards are also well-designed with space and convenience in mind. And they are quite beautiful with their wooden edging matching the oak of the benches and kitchen woodwork.
Having a counter above the bench between the kitchen and dining area hides all the dishes and clutter occurring as part of meal-making and baking. And dishwasher placement means it is a quick and easy clean-up.
