I dont know how to even begin this review as Guy and Felicity's hospitality for our wedding was beyond words. The food was exquisite and impeccable, so much care and detail was found in every dish. Felicity was an amazing host, she was amazing and so thoughtful which resulted in a wonderful wedding day. The venue itself was breath taking, i would definitely throw another event here again. Thank you so much again for your care and hospitality, PAX dining is a truly amazing venue that will leave you with an experience that you will never forget :)

Guy and Felicity are the most wonderful duo; Guy’s exquisite food and Felicity’s warm nature and exceptional eye for detail, made hosting my friends Hens party at PAX a dream and left the guests in awe of their beautiful home. The venue is utterly stunning and it was an absolute pleasure working with them both - I can only hope to host all my future events here xo

I commissioned Pax to make my birthday cake with free reign & the result surpassed my expectations at an international level. He makes hands down has some of the best sourdough bread in the city, has a refined attention to detail & personalised, creative approach to food. I would recommend Pax to anyone looking for an exceptional experience for any occasion.

We were very lucky to be able to have my husband's 60th Birthday at PAX venue. We had approximately 40 guests for a wonderful sit down dinner. The setting is beautiful and the combination of the setting, the mouthwatering food and lovely friendly staff made for a very memorable evening that we will not forget in very long time. The decisions for the evening were made easily with the help the amazing team at PAX and I felt everything happened so effortlessly and everything went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend PAX highly enough. A night we will always remember!!

A year since our amazing Thanksgiving dinner at PAX, an evening we would have loved to repeat! Guy and his team set a beautiful table and went to great lengths to add a contemporary twist to the traditional thanksgiving fare. Our family and close friends loved the magical evening and we would highly recommend PAX for a special occasion. The intimate setting and superb cuisine are unmatched.

I have no idea where to begin. I am still speechless with this Venue and the team that make it what it is. We had our wedding ceremony at PAX and were absolutely blown away with what they organised for us. Nothing was too hard or difficult and they had thought of all the small touches. The communication was fantastic and grazing platter far exceeded my expectations. I can not recommend this place enough for any small function and we will most certainly be back for future events.

I held an Italian long lunch at Pax, everything was perfect. The location was amazing with multiple areas to enjoy the afternoon and the family staff were very nice. Guy worked with us in the lead up to the lunch to get the canapes, menu and drinks sorted - everything was perfectly arranged for the day. We had amazing food that was beautifully made and proudly served by Guy and his team with a little intro to each dish. Guy is an exceptional chef, we had the best afternoon in a totally private setting - amazing thank you.

We were very lucky to have discovered through friends, the amazing Pax private dining establishment. We chose to celebrate a significant birthday there, and were totally overwhelmed with the whole experience. We were greeted at the entrance as if we were entering a special private home, and the warmth of the welcome, by both the hosts and the staff continued throughout the evening. The atmosphere was quietly understated, but elegantly stylish with a French decor, and without the noise and distractions of a regular restaurant. The food was exceptional , beautifully presented in a very stylish manner, and everything was of the highest standard. We felt privileged to be there, and our friends were extremely impressed. The whole evening was such a great success, and we cannot speak more highly of it.

If you are lucky enough to have found PAX, then you are in for a treat. My wife and I were fortunate to celebrate our wedding ceremony here, and everything about the day was extraordinary. The moment you arrive you realise this place is something special. From the warm welcome at the door to the exquisite dining room, open kitchen, sunny courtyard and all seasons glass conservatory, this hidden gem really has it all, and in a super convenient city location. Guy is an extremely talented chef who has spent years working on super yachts and travelling the world learning foreign cuisines. He is endlessly creative, passionate about food, and tailored the entire menu to suit us perfectly. This is the kind of exquisite food that is usually only served in top restaurants or to the super wealthy on their private boats. It's easy to see why Guy is in such high demand in the super yacht world. Thanks Guy and team for having us at PAX. It was a truly wonderful day that we shall remember for the rest of our lives, and look forward to celebrating future events with you. I absolutely cannot recommend PAX highly enough!

I wanted to do something special for a milestone birthday and decided to use PAX and I couldn't have been happier. I had 42 people attend a long lunch, and seriously every person contacted me afterwards to say it was one the best experiences they had had. The attention to detail and care at every step was amazing. Guy really took the time to listen and help me create the best experience possible. I felt so special, the food, the location, everything was more than I could have hoped for. I seriously couldn’t recommend it more highly – if I could give 6 stars I would. Book an experience with PAX and you won’t be disappointed!

We had our engagement party here. Everything was perfect. Guy was so good, friendly and accommodating. The place is simple yet classy. You have to view the venue to believe it! Would recommend this place for events.

Absolutely love Pax! Cannot speak more highly of owner / Chef Guy Kidd and his team. Welcoming, responsive, incredible Chef and consummate host. The experience of creating a special private lunch was very easy and low stress, the actual day was well-organised and perfectly presented (as well as delicious of course). My guests had a great experience and we all left raving about our time at Pax. We will be back!

PAX is an incredible special venue for any occasion. Not only is the food incredible, but the team are fantastic and the venue space is beautiful. I have now hosted two events and am planning a third- a testament to how good it is!

Guy offers a unique experience, a sensationally original and delicious meal, personalised to the diner's wishes. The setting is unique, an atmosphere laden indoor/outdoor room of beauty and elegance. The service efficient and charming. The ideal experience for that special occasion where you want a joyful experience with friends or family, and the best food on the planet. We are going back!

Had the most fabulous long lunch for my birthday with a dozen mates where the food atmosphere drinks and company were perfect!!! Everything was faultless to a tee and Guy and his sister could not have done anything more to ensure that the day could have been better. My friends are still all commenting on food and venue now!!!! will organise a repeat....
