We hired My Private Chef for an intimate dinner following our wedding ceremony. Fabien and his team were fantastic! Communication with Fabien in advance of the event was really clear. We are vegetarian and we worked with Fabien on some custom options. On the day, the team arrived on time, brought all their own equipment and cleaned up after themselves. That's before even talking about the food ... wow! We had 2 entrees, a main and a dessert. The quality was very high with dishes having multiple elements. We were most impressed by the depth of flavours. Everyone was really impressed, with most calling it the "best meal they had ever had". Fabien explained each dish as it was served and was openly sharing knowledge in response to questions from our guests. Having Fabien and his team really topped off the perfect wedding day! We would highly recommend.

Fabien and his team put together the most perfect in-house evening to celebrate a special birthday. It was so hard to choose from the vast menu and we were blown away by the delicious feast he prepared for us. A fantastic experience, would highly recommend Fabien for any occasion!

Fabien cooked an amazing three course meal for my family and I when we were in Queenstown celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday. It was extremely special and my dad loved every moment! The combination of flavours was exquisite and we all loved learning about how Fabien put the dishes together. My favourite was the dessert which cannot even be described - it was that good. Fabien arrived and quietly prepared away the meals in the kitchen, brought all the set up and made the table look beautiful with candles. He also was very accommodating to different dietary requirements. A true professional. Seriously recommended for a special occasion (or just for the joy of it!). Thank you Fabien for making my Dad’s birthday such a success.

Incredible dining experience! We hired Fabien for my 40th birthday family dinner, we had the 3 course dining option, all meals were delicious and well presented. Fabien talked us through each dish and where he had sourced the ingredients. We had an amazing night, were so well taken care of, would 100% recommend working with Fabien for a special dinner.

Dealing with Fabien was an absolute pleasure, very responsive and easy to deal with. We had him cook for our company business retreat at it was phenomenal, He did an amazing job with our meals and we would highly recommend! To say our lunch was incredible would be an understatement! It was exceptionally delicious, beautifully presented, all allergies catered for and Fabien made the whole experience really fun, warm and special. We couldn't get enough of the flavours, I'm pretty sure the only conversation during lunch was about how fantastic the food was! The perfect way to end our holiday. He prepared an exceptional four course meal with such perfect flavour combinations that left me wanting just one more heavenly bite. We hired Fabien to cook for a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday. The entire group are foodies and love a good dining experience. Every one of us was impressed by the quality of the food. What an amazing chef with an amazing offering. We were lucky enough to secure Fabien for a personal party recently in Queenstown, and it's fair to say we were all blown away by the food, service and professionalism.
