An assortment of electronics to be had. Well stocked with everything I enquired about. The English wasn't that good but we all communicate eventually.

Great online shopping experience. Excellent price and fast delivery.

I locked on to a 75% price drop on a new mobile phone on Trade Me a few months ago, and the manager said I can pay and pick up in the store with that price. Haven't got any issues with the phone. They even gave me 2 styles of screen protectors for free (that would had been the cost of postage) .

Great guys and amazing pricing. I returned a product today over an issue which could have been to do with my phone opposed to the headphones they sold me. They were amazing about replacement.

I virtually never write reviews. This time I feel compelled to do so. Cool Mobile provided me with exceptionally good service! My son bought me a new cell phone. I liked it and it served me well until I installed the myPhonak app (manages pricey hearing aids). It failed to function, despite the cell phone being on its compatibility list and meeting all the stated requirements; of course myPhonak had an 'assumes no responsibility' escape clause, nor did it spring to my aid. So I took the cell phone back to Cool Mobile, hoping that I had done something wrong and they could correct my error. Cool Mobile was really helpful and tried to resolve my problem. Don at Cool Mobile spent hours tracing the problem, to no avail. In the end Cool Mobile gave me credit for my cell phone towards the purchase of a different model on which the myPhonak app worked. Thank you Cool Mobile and Don!

Purchased a new phone on Thursday and it arrived lunchtime Friday in an RD address. Great service and fair as shipping costs. Lots of a great communication via email. Happy as. Cheers

They didn't have the (obscure) screen protector I was after, and I asked if maybe there was something close that I might be able to cut to size, since I'd asked in several places and had no luck finding an exact match. He had a dig around and gave me a couple of old ones to try, free! Old stock that would soon be in the rubbish he said, I could give them a go. Happily it worked out fine for my phone with only minor trimming. Very helpful guy, thanks!

This is a big store filled with everything electronic. Even have some star wars Lego! I checked the prices and they are competitive with the big chain stores.

Wow a few bad reviews here. But I've now bought a laptop and a phone find these guys and they were helpful and even gave me small discount for bypassing trade me. Thanx guys.

I just bought some BOSE QUIETCOMFORT 25 for a great price - I had reservations because there are some fakes out there but it all checks out and I was able to register the serial number on the BOSE website.

Very good service. Friendly staff. So much a variety of phones. I don't know why people whining and complaining about. They must be "black consumers" who wanna rip people off.
