3 months ago, Samsung phone charger port wouldnt work. Took it in. 10 -15 mins and $50 done. Very fast work for a mum of 5. Just went back. Screeen of phone was cracked and blurred. Half an hour of work dor $80 and done. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Plus gave me insight on where to get affordable screen protectors and cover. Highly recommend for if you looking for something affordable and quick 👍👍

Popped in to FixOnSite with no prior ringing or communication with them, we were met with friendly customer service, fast and efficient service of fixing a dropped in water Iphone which needed a replacement home button!

Really happy with Gurpreet's customer service and knowledge. He has fixed my iphone, my daughters Samsung 10 and especially my laptop as I was worried that I had lost all my saved pics. Was also pleasantly surprised with his pricing as I find him to be really reasonable.

GOT Mine S7 edge lcd screen fixed & phone looks in a perfectly same condition when i bought it from the outlet store after being fixed . I have asked for the original parts & they have purchased a new phone and used that part. Completely liked their service & repair time was quick :)

Great work, I had few things to fix and this guy is great in every field. They have policy no fix no fee which is great other places charge just to find to the problem, highly recommended

Fix On Site When I first came to the shop, I was rather skeptical at first whether this small computer repair shop would service my 8 year old Macbook Pro. Being an older model and the keyboard seen better days. Apple warranty expired. My expectations were not set so high. My initial preconceptions were completely dashed. From the kind greetings from the receptionist working there at the time, to the courteous IT Technician who not only answer my questions on what exactly was the issues. He had the parts needed, repaired my keyboard in a timely manner and fair price for the service. I confidently say, when it comes to any issue with my laptop and answering mobile and IT issues. This will be my go to place.

Very happy with the service of the team at FixOnSite New lynn. I had a crack at the back of my new Samsung s8 plus and was told by 2 degrees that there wasn't much they could do. Sam fixed my phone in 15mins! Definitely recommending to friends and family 5/5 great customer service, polite and fast :) Cheers for the phone!

Awesome, went in this morning, iphone not charging when i plug it in. Guy was free so looked at it straight away. Faulty connector was replaced within 2 hours, and have my phone back!!!! so relieved. Thank you so much. Also just read the bad review below about the guy with his laptop.....Sounds like you didn't get your way and wrote a review out of spite. they were very accommodating, sometimes people are busy! dirty Beanie sounds like the guy gets in their and does the work, and sounds like you wanted to personally attack the guy for not letting you have your way. I rand 2 other shops prior and they said i had to leave it with them, and that it may take a couple days, FIXonsite guys were awesome dude!

this guys are very helpful and very accommodating. they fixed my note 5 and its working I had an issue retrieving my password in google and the lady working here helps me a lot and doesn't ask for anything even I wasted her time in troubleshooting my problem.

Pretty cool guy. Get my iPhones fixed from there and have done good job. Prices seems fair too.
