Jas was so helpful and friendly at our time of purchase and this professional behaviour continued during my next visit, approx a month later. We purchased 2 screen protectors and 1 phone case. Jas made us aware of a special deal that was happening at the time. We took advantage of that deal and have been delighted with it ever since. Jas was so helpful, patient and sweet.

I went to the store today, there was a beautiful Indian lady and a kind Asian guy, I went for phone cases and they were very helpful, spent a lot of time helping me, I also came in the store with a screen protector which I bought in JB-HIFI, JB-HIFI won't put it on for me, the kindly workers in store helped me to put it on for free. Also gave me a gift card at the end. I'm so happy and will come back anytime, and will suggest my friends and family.

The phone repair service I received from Omnitech is the best. They are very professional and helpful. I had a screen replaced on my iPhone, which was done on the same day. Thank you :)

Had been to a few other mobile phone repair shops and given a five wk minimum repair time. Visited the botany kiosk. Advised could be repaired within a week max 3 weeks. In fact it was repaired within working 5 days.. Happy happy happy!! Could not be happier.. Awesome service.. Would recommend..

Amazing Customer service by Palak. I had an issue with my mobile and went to the store. The lady took my phone and fixed it really quick. The pricing was very fare as I got it compared with a few other stores. One more thing to add: The lady was amazing - even though the shop was very busy during mid day. She responded to everyone with a smile on her face and got the job done for the customers. #love_your_work_Omnitech - keep doing the good job.

I Repaired my phone from Omnitech Botany,they repaird it within a few days. Very reasonable price too. Great service and staff.

Went to Omnitech in Botany to see if my phone could be fixed. Palak was awesome-she diagnosed the problem, fixed it super quickly, and was professionall, polite, and friendly. Would most definitely recommend !
