I was abit hesitant and skeptic buying a reconditioned phone but I must say I am very impressed and happy with my order from SmartgearNz. The phone arrived two days after placing my order and it was well packaged. Everything arrived as described on the website. My phone looks like a brand new phone and the prices are great too. We purchased an s7 recently from Smart Gear via Genoapay. Phone is in excellent condition, comes with all the right pieces, charger + box. We had a small issue where the phone decided it wanted to freeze on me so admin at Smart Gear promptly advised to take the phone back to be replaced which happened the same day we reported the issue.
