What can i say love the place lots of parking kinda still wish Kmart was there but loving that Chemist warehouse is in that spot :)

Palms staffs are always cool and friendly ,but I have noticed all times old age customer ,mid age ladies(palms mall is ladies mall and 7 retirement sadly located around mall )asking about Facebook issue , covid app issue , all rubbish apart 2degrees services .They don't want to get sorted with paying for services and want everything free as 2degrres customer. If you looking to upgrade phones ,go to palms and looking rubbish issues like Facebook, banking app call to customers services which is 200.

I went to all 2degrees stores in Christchurch, they all rude and arrogant, want to sell something ,not services. 2degrees palms store is exceptional . I would recommend 200% to my family and friends about their services .friendly ,helpful staffs.

While I don't have a problem with 2 degrees at the Palms, I was disgusted to see an elderly Maori man who couldn't get assistance, even when I pointed him out to the staff.
