G.Go for MEGAN. One big issue and one simple solution after talking through scenarios. Megan was supportive, patient, competent and efficient. After a number of discussions, computer try outs, general comments and Megan's ability to think " outside the square", viola!!! Solution. One pleased Spark employee and one even more pleased Spark Customer. Its the HUMAN touch after me trying in vain through Spark account site. ALL business is about building positive relationships for effective customer service. Top notch MEGAN at Spark Hastings.
