A.I got a shock when I first saw my phone leaking fluid down the screen. Vodafone quickly blamed me especially once it was confirmed I had no insurance on my year old phone. Faced with three representatives giving grief it was time to retreat and find my way to Keritech where I was met with a smile, a clear explanation of what had likely happened and a positive proposal for a fix for a reasonable fee. Keritech quickly provided the necessary first aid to my injured phone and also to my injured ego. You guys rock!
