Just like to say that for starters I never leave reviews, but nick and David gave such excellent service that I have gone out my way to congratulate them. I'm just travelling and popped into the shop to sort out my water damaged phone. Both of them are educative. Their combined knowledge, humour, charm and honesty all contributed to the amazing experience I had at their shop. You can ask them by phone, I would highly recommend going in to the shop and ask them about any queries or questions you have and they will be able to figure out within minutes the problems you encountered. Every customer I saw left happily. If it is an expensive or time consuming issue they are very reasonable and will tell you straight up. I'm Very satisfied with the service and repaired device! Thanks

10/10 ultra fast communication for a quote on a screen replacement, back camera replacement, screen protector and case! The price was affordable and the replacement were high quality... No messing around! Spent most of the day in the just socialising with the guys they're amazing! The repair itself took only 30mins if that. They know what to do and even gave us so valuable information on other technical aspects for free! Definitely recommend and our friends are already heading to them!

I was very satisfied with the service I received for my damaged iphone 6 screen. The guys here were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my phone. I really appreciate how accommodating they were for staying after hours to finish my phone repair, since I live out of town. It's so convenient to have a place that can service your phone in only a few hours!

Nick & David are very engaging &, extremely patient when it comes to helping their customers. I find the boys had knowledge about products across the range with a very astute timely Manor in which they assessed and dealt with any issues communicating in lamens terms & on top of that for very reasonable rates. These guys were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Fixed my iPhone that had bend and great advice on not glueing screen when it’s bent. Fixed in few hours and only cost $40! Highly recommended! Feels like I’ve got a new phone

Brought my Nexus 5 phone in here for a screen replacement, the screen was lifting off after a day, took it back to be re-glued and it was still lifting off. Then the screen cracked again, although this time I hadn't dropped it and could not identify any significant event to cause this to happen, it must be related to the screen lifting again. So I dropped the phone into them, they offered me half price on a replacement screen. I did not want to spend more money on that phone then I already had. I feel that the only reason the screen had cracked was because it was not fixed properly in the first place. They blamed the manufacturer and how the phone was constructed for the screen not adhering properly. This may be the case but they were quite happy to take on the job and said they would be able to fix my phone for me. If there was a chance that the repair would not work then they should have let me know beforehand so I could decide whether I wanted to take that risk or just buy a new phone. Amateur customer care and taking no responsibility for the standard of their work. UPDATE: After taking my phone back they have since replaced the screen free of charge and phone is working great. Thanks guys :)

They've been around for a while. They know their trade. Their charges are very reasonable. They speak English. What's not to like? (added 28.10.2019) Please contact the shop directly with your phone problem. I'm just a customer, not a representative!

Best service i have had. David has helped me with many phones and come through for me in time of need many times. If you need a repair in Nelson this is the place to go. Hands down best service and quality repair work at a good price.
