I had the best shopping experience here today when I was looked after by Marina. She is not only efficient and confident, and has excellent product knowledge, but she is warm hearted and has a beautiful nature as well. She listened to me and immediately led me to purchases that were perfect for me.. she didn't try to upsell, just helped with what she could see I needed. She went above and beyond to retrieve pics from my broken phone, and didn't give up until she had them. I was so grateful and when I was upset she hugged me. There are few retailers who put heart and passion into their work, alongside their skill.. but Marina is everything you could ask for when you need advice and assistance.

Visited this store in North City Plaza 11/2018 to look at possible new phone. Was looked after by Leigh (?) who was very helpful & knowledgeable about their current products/services. After selecting new phone, I also upgraded my plan. All questions answered to my satisfaction. Leigh was very polite during my visit and even offered to transfer any apps etc from my old phone to my new one. This store, though small, is clean and very well lit. My visit was timed not long after opening to avoid the steady stream of traffic into the store.

2 Degrees staff very helpful in store.. seem to know more than just sales stuff because they have helped me with my phone before when things wouldn't work.. with Vodafone I had to wait 3 days or so for a call back from a technician for that sort of stuff.

Yes recently switched to 2 degrees and found there service has been very efficient so if you can't fix the problem with your 2degrees networkyou can call there team who are friendly
