M.Mike provided awesome customer service! He was thorough and very patient with my 101 questions while we deliberated on which new phone and protective cover to purchase. His product knowledge was great and he wasn't pushy; he just gave solid advise. He then assisted in transferring everything to the new phone. thanks again.
M.Excellent service. Went there in a panick as I had smashed my new Samsung Ultra s20 5G on a night out. The guy was really easy to deal with, and I was in a bad situation. I was tight for coin and could only afford ex amount of dollars to get my phone back. The issue I had was, in such a rush to get out of the car I had dropped my loan phone they had given me, and it cracked. They kindly only charged me $6.38 for insurance, which really helped me also. Not only that, I had a brand new phone in my hand. Thank God for insurance. Cheers Spark Frankton!
